Unleash your inner ninja with this limited-edition Naruto gaming collection
>
HyperX has unveiled a new, limited edition product line of gaming peripherals featuring two popular characters from the hit manga and anime series, Naruto: Shippuden.
There are two sets, each based on Naruto Uzumaki and Itachi Uchiha, which are styled in their signature color palette with a bold orange for Naruto and a darker red based on Akatsuki member Itachi. They include a gaming keyboard, a gaming mouse, a gaming headset and a mouse pad.
Both sets can be purchased separately in the US on September 21: the mechanical keyboard costs $119.99, the headset costs $109.99, the mouse $59.99 and the mouse pad $39.99.
Does this collection stand on its own?
While choosing Naruto for one set is a no-brainer because of his lead character status, Itachi as the villain pick is a bit odd until you remember how his popularity eclipses most of the other baddies.
Anyway, the game collection seems to be of high quality as it comes from HyperX’s already great gaming products, which is a rarity among most officially licensed products (check out our review for the terrible AndaSeat Transformers gaming chair).
And frankly, the peripheral designs are pretty solid and accurately reflect the characters they’re based on, while still being really well designed regardless of the trait they’re based on.
