A Brazilian woman who spent $300,000 on plastic surgery says she is now struggling to prove her identity because she looks so different from the photo on her driver’s license.
Lawyer and model Denise Rocha, 39, said employees at São Paulo’s transit department in Brazil initially thought she was someone else after comparing her current face to the photo of her 2018 driver’s license.
“They didn’t believe it was me,” the 39-year-old said in an interview on Friday.
“I understand their work and I know they really have to look at it, but it was a really funny situation and I didn’t expect it.”
The department requested a second form of identification and the former lawyer was able to confirm her identity after showing employees her Brazilian bar card.

The procedures drastically changed Rocha’s appearance, making her lips larger and changing the shape of her cheeks, nose and jawline.
“I never thought my procedures would put me through this,” she told NudePR via New York Post.
“I know I’ve changed, but[them asking if I was myself]was unthinkable to me.”
Despite the change in her appearance making things more challenging for her, Rocha is happy with the way she looks now.
She said she is very happy with the results of her procedures and “completely believes that this can cause some strangeness in people.”
Rocha worked as a parliamentary advisor in Brazil until 2011 and is now a lawyer and OnlyFans entertainer. She currently earns a whopping $100,000 from OnlyFans
Before modeling, Rocha was a parliamentary advisor who monitored the progress of committees coordinated by Brazilian politician Ciro Nogueira Lima Filho.
During that time, a leaked 2005 sex tape featuring her and an unknown man led to her parting ways with the firm in 2011.
Prior to her surgeries, she made the cover of the September issue of Playboy Magazine and was the runner-up on season 6 of the Brazilian reality TV series A Fazenda.
Rocha is still a lawyer and also works as an OnlyFans entertainer NYP in March 2023 that she “receives more than 70 requests daily to represent unfaithful spouses.”
With her job at OnlyFans, Rocha earns as much as $100,000 a month by selling her photos on the website, and she currently has 4.8 million followers on Instagram.
