Just days after the city’s first race in 41 years, some of the world’s biggest names in Formula 1 arrived on Wednesday evening for the opening ceremony of the Las Vegas Grand Prix.

Seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton was among them, getting ready for the grand opening in Sin City looking sharp in a stylish black overcoat, gold jewelry, black boots and soft black and orange tones.

His Mercedes teammate George Russell has certainly switched up the style, opting for a special Las Vegas Grand Prix jacket with black sunglasses and a new, sleek hairstyle.

The likes of Lando Norris, Pierre Gasly and Carlos Sainz – who won the Netflix Cup golf tournament on Tuesday – were also spotted at the opening ceremony.

Red Bull and Mercedes team directors Christian Horner and Toto Wolff – accompanied by their wives Geri and Susie – were among the F1 team members spotted at Wednesday’s event.

Musicians John Legend, Tiësto, J. Balvin, Keith Urban, Steve Aoki and Swedish House Mafia and will.i.am will perform during the opening ceremony.

Andra Day, Bishop Brigg and Journey will also grace the stage, while guests will reportedly be treated to an elaborate light show.

There will also be a drone show there. In addition to the opening ceremony, another big name will also perform on Thursday.

Producer Metro Boomin is also throwing a party in collaboration with Jack Daniels.

And later in the weekend, pop starter Kylie Minogue will perform at the Amber Lounge after-party, held at the Voltaire at The Venetian Resort.

Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay will also be in Sin City to watch the races.

He will attend a trackside dinner with guests at Hell’s Kitchen at Caesars Palace on Thursday, according to Page Six.
