EXCLUSIVE: Woman spots two ‘UFOs’ from her garden in Stockport including one resembling the white ‘Tic-Tac’ spotted by the US Navy in 2004 – and experts are baffled

UFOs are usually considered an American phenomenon, but new images show two of them over northern England.

A “concerned citizen,” who wishes to remain anonymous, described seeing unidentified flying objects (UFOs) from her backyard in Stockport.

The first, which was described as resembling a square or triangle, had a blurry appearance and was changing shape and “darting around the sky.”

Meanwhile, the second object – which is brighter white and “tic-tac-shaped” – continued to fade and reappear.

One of the most famous and unusual UFOs to date, spotted by the US Navy in 2004, was a floating mint-like white rectangular object.

The Concerned Citizen shared her encounter with two unidentified flying objects (UFOs) from her backyard in Stockport

The citizen told MailOnline: ‘It was a very strange triangular shape, as it looked like it was made of metal with a dark hole in the middle.’

“Tic Tac was great too, it just kept getting brighter and then it went away and came back.”

The two “suspicious” objects, which the resident saw on separate nights in the first week of October, left her feeling “concerned”.

Nick Pope, a UFO expert who previously worked for the British Ministry of Defence, said the images and the story behind them were “astonishing” but he was unable to identify the aerial entities.

“It’s not possible to know much about this sighting from images alone,” Pope told MailOnline.

“Any mention of a Tic-Tac-shaped object performing unusual maneuvers is particularly interesting given the US Navy’s view of such objects.”

Another British UFO researcher, Philip Mantel, said they could be “conventional” objects such as drones or something else that can be fairly explained.

He told MailOnline: ‘One thing that has been popping up a lot recently is lights from the ground, which are usually an external attraction of some sort.’

“These huge lights reflect the low cloud.

“They look different when looked at from different angles and can look quite stunning.”

“I’ve looked at a lot of pictures of alleged UFOs over the years and most of them turn out to be something conventional.

“I don’t see any reason why these pictures couldn’t be something traditional but they are of poor quality.”

According to the Defense and Security Media Advisory Committee (DSMA), the matter falls under the remit of UK Space Command, which MailOnline has contacted for comment.

UFO stands for “unidentified flying object” and so the term does not necessarily describe an object of extraterrestrial origin.

A recent Pentagon document revealed A typical UFO has a round shape, usually described as a spherical or orb, is white or silvery in color, and is often transparent.

Based on what we know from sightings reported between 1996 and 2023, other UFO shapes include rectangle, oval, triangle, disc, cylinder, square, and even polygon.

Meanwhile, 16 percent are described as having lights, although in many cases this may be due to their reflective properties.

The Pentagon also released a map of hotspots that reveal the location of UFO sightings, including Japan and the Middle East.

A former intelligence official said the Defense Department was covering up evidence related to aliens

The US government has been forced to take the presence of unidentified flying objects more seriously in recent months.

Former intelligence official David Grosch testified under oath in July that the Pentagon had direct encounters with or knowledge of secret government programs involving “non-human” technology.

“My testimony is based on information provided to me by individuals with a long record of legitimacy… who have shared compelling evidence in the form of photographs, official documents, and confidential oral testimony of myself and several different colleagues.” Grosh said, adding that he was motivated to participate by a “commitment to truth and transparency.”

Its release comes nearly a month after David Grosch claimed the Pentagon was covering up alien-related evidence in stunning testimony before Congress.

Its release comes nearly a month after David Grosch claimed the Pentagon was covering up alien-related evidence in stunning testimony before Congress.

“I ask Congress to hold our government to this standard and conduct a thorough investigation into these allegations,” he told lawmakers at the time. But as I stand here under oath now, I speak the facts as I was told.

He told the committee that he and more than 30 aircrew members and veterans had experience with UAPs, which are unspecified anomalies, along with members of Congress who trusted him.

He also claimed that the government had “intact and partially intact” extraterrestrial vehicles, although he provided no evidence to support this or any of his other assertions.

Suggesting that the American people had been left in the dark for nearly a century, he claimed that the first UFO recovery was in Magenta, Italy, in 1933 – 14 years before the Roswell Incident (generally accepted as the first UFO sighting).

He said that Mussolini’s Italian government kept it until 1944 until 1945 when Pope Pius XII informed America about it.

When asked if he firmly believed the government had UAPs, Grosh replied: “Absolutely.”

He said his view was based on interviews with at least 40 witnesses.

When asked about the whereabouts of the planes, he said: “I know the exact locations and those locations have been provided to the Inspector General… I have already asked people with direct knowledge to submit a protected disclosure to the Inspector General.”

He also claimed that he faced brutal retaliation after he came forward about his first-hand accounts of UFOs.

“I have knowledge of planned retaliatory activity against me and my other colleagues,” Grosh said.

“There were some of my colleagues who were subjected to a brutal management attack. I am extremely disturbed as a leader to see this happen to my co-workers and other bosses in the past three years.
