Gwyneth Paltrow, 50, and Demi Moore, 60, are best friends! The stars pose arm in arm at the CFDA Awards… 20 years after they first bonded over wellness

Gwyneth Paltrow and Demi Moore are very good friends.

On Monday night, the actresses were seen arm-in-arm in New York City at the CFDA Fashion Awards.

Moore presented Paltrow with an innovative award for her work on Goop’s “advances in technology and branding.” Since Goop was founded in 2008, the company has expanded into clothing and jewelry.

The ladies have been good friends for twenty years.

And in recent years, they’ve posed for photos together: Paltrow was by Moore’s side when she plugged her tell-all book Inside Out in 2019. And in January, the two were seen cuddling in a selfie with other friends.

Moore has raved about her boyfriend in the past.

She said Paltrow’s approach to wellness is on point. “So proud of my friend @gwynethpaltrow for raising awareness and elevating the conversation around sex, love and relationships.”

In January, Paltrow posed for a rare photo with Moore.

They were with actress Andrea Riseborough and director Michael Morris.

The 50-year-old Goop founder and the 60-year-old Ghost actress have been friends for more than 20 years and have many friends in common, including Cameron Diaz, Kate Hudson and Liv Tyler.

When Demi turned 60 in November, Gwyneth shared a photo of them together with a sweet note.

“Happy birthday my dear @demomoore,” she wrote.

‘What a life you have lived so far. You inspire me with every meal, on every walk and at all the crossroads of life. And I can safely say that you are the most beautiful sixty-year-old in the world.’

Demi has also appeared on Gwyneth’s GOOP podcast.

“I felt empty and alone,” Moore said on the show, “but strangely not lonely.”

The actor and author shared her memoir Inside Out while joining Gwyneth. They discussed what happened after the things she had been hiding from “came out.”

Moore describes the process of “becoming vulnerable and learning to recognize the misconceptions we hold about ourselves and others.”

One of the biggest pitfalls, Moore said, is assigning blame. This can keep us from accountability, from ‘forgiving, from moving on’.

The caption Gwyneth shared read: “Last night we had the true pleasure of watching a masterpiece of a movie called To Leslie.

‘Directed by our friend @filmbymichaelmorris and starring the incomparable @andreariseborough, I’m blown away by all the performances. Andrea should win every prize there is, and all the prizes that haven’t been invented yet.

51-year-old Gwyneth was honored with the innovation prize.

The blonde beauty wore a fitted turtleneck tucked into a high-waisted satin maxi skirt from her G. Label fashion collection.

It featured a high side slit, which teased the Oscar-winning actress’ long legs and open heels.

The mother of two added delicate sparkling jewelry, including dangling diamond earrings.

The multihyphenate described her Monday night look as ‘comfortable, classic’ and ‘stretchy’ while chatting People.

The Council of Fashion Designers of America praised Goop as a brand that “provides the tools to live a life of unspeakable beauty, filled with choice, depth and promise.”

Gwyneth told People about her talent for creativity: “I think it’s just the way I am.”

She added, “I’m always thinking about what’s around the corner, and what I’m missing… what our customer is missing, what could be exciting.”

And she noted, “I think I’m a very creative person by nature, so there’s always something happening there.”
