Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son Joseph Baena shows off his muscles just like his father did as a bodybuilder in the ’70s
Joseph Baena seems determined to continue the legacy of his father Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The 26-year-old shared a video to his Instagram account on Monday, showcasing his dedication to bodybuilding as he showed off his impressively chiselled upper body.
The real estate agent and fitness model struck several poses that his father – who was recently spotted kissing a mystery woman – was known for when he started his career as a bodybuilder in the 1970s.
Baena also shared a short message in the caption of his post letting his followers know that he was “competing with myself to get better every day!”
The actor started his video wearing a black sleeveless shirt, although he quickly took off his top to show off his sculpted figure.

The social media personality also wore a pair of figure-hugging gray sweatpants, as well as a pair of white socks and plaid Vans loafers.
Schwarzenegger, 76, shares Joseph with his family’s former housekeeper, Mildred Baena, with whom he had an affair in the mid-1990s.
The Terminator franchise star was previously married to Maria Shriver, whom he tied the knot with in 1986.
The couple shares daughters Katherine, 33, and Christina, 31, as well as sons Patrick, 30, and Christopher, 26.
Schwarzenegger and Shriver, 68, split in 2011 after she learned about his affair, and their union was formally dissolved in 2018.
The Predator star has since become close to Baena and has shared several photos of his youngest child on his Instagram account in recent years.
The real estate agent talked about his father during an interview on the website Unwaxed podcast, in which he stated that their relationship started on shaky ground.
He recalled, “It took me and him a while to get really close and just joke with him and talk about everything.”

Baena further stated that he was concerned about building a bond with his father after years of limited interaction.
He said: “I grew up with my mum and I was just always nervous. And I didn’t want him to think bad of me and say, “Oh, what the hell is this guy doing? Partying all the time.”
However, the bodybuilder revealed that he has now built a healthy relationship with his father, with whom he has a lot of contact.
‘I’m so close to my dad and we joke about everything. He always wants to hear about the drama. He said, “Tell me everything! Tell me the drama. Tell me about these girls,” he said.
