I use these two psychology-backed comebacks when I’m insulted by someone – and they work so well they never dare try it again

A psychologist has shared the two great comebacks that will guarantee no one will offend you ever again.

Grayson Allen is a graduate of the University of Cambridge and regularly shares psychological tips and tricks, including how to look more attractive instantly.

He recently revealed two simple yet effective methods to fight back against a bully.

“A lot of times when someone insults you, he or she is just insecure or feeling bad,” Grayson claimed.

The tricks included being empathetic and refusing to give the bully a response.

1) The empathetic response

Grayson recommended staying relaxed after someone insults you.

“Maybe take a break and look around a bit,” he said. “Then ask them if they are okay.”

The psychologist noted that it was essential to pretend or show genuine empathy for the bully.

‘OOnly someone who is suffering internally would offend someone else,” he said.

2) ‘Did you hear anything?’ method

“Just ignore the insult,” Grayson said.

“If someone insults you one-on-one or in a group setting, just don’t change your facial expression, try to stay relaxed and keep talking about what you were talking about.”

He said ignoring it will make them cringe and feel uncomfortable.

“If you show that you’re not phased at all, or haven’t even heard it, it makes it awkward, makes them look bad, and puts you in control.”

Many thanked Grayson for his advice.

“As the saying goes, no one can humiliate you without your permission,” one person said.

“The person who has mastered himself cannot be controlled!” another added.
