The View’s Ana Navarro reveals she’s ‘fallen way off the wagon’ from ‘too much partying’ – after confirming her Miami house party was SHUT DOWN by the police

Ana Navarro was visited by the police after hosting a ‘raucous’ house party in Miami last week – and now the View regular has admitted she ‘partied way too much’.

Ana, 51, posted a selfie at the gym and joked that her legs felt like “overcooked pasta” as she said goodbye to her recent hedonistic spell and tried to resume her health and fitness regime.

Dressed in a gray T-shirt and with her hair pulled back, the TV star captioned the image: ‘I had soooo fallen off the wagon. Like the car ran over me and just kept going, falling off.

‘Far too much traveling and partying. But today I moved on. Hardly. My legs feel like overcooked pasta right now. I’m going to lie down with my dog for a while. That’s all. Oh and I guess I should have started with “good morning, peeps!”

Encouragements came from her 739,000 followers, who quickly told her she was “great” and that “getting back to work” is “all that matters.”

One fan wrote: ‘One of the reasons we love you so much…we always keep it real!’

Another told her she looked “beautiful” and added: “You’ve got this,” while a third told her: “Getting back to work is all that matters!!”

A fourth person said: ‘You look beautiful… The important part is not getting off the car, the important part is getting back in it.’

Ana’s Wednesday workout comes after she admitted to The View executive producer Brian Teta that police tried to shut down her recent garden party.

The political strategist revealed that she had organized an epic party to celebrate Colombian singer Carlos Vives’ 30th anniversary in the music industry, with singer Gloria Estefan among the guests.

She told The View’s Behind the Table podcast, “I threw a dinner in (Carlos’ honor), and we had music, and it was in my backyard. What happens when you have all these people who can sing? They all started singing, and we had speakers. It was a full-fledged concert.’

The festivities hit a roadblock when the police arrived, but Ana was keen to keep the party going and admitted to seducing a cop with a drink.

‘I offered the officer a cocktail. He refused,” she said. “And then I told him, ‘Listen, I’m sorry. Take me to jail, but I’m not going to end a party with Carlos Vivas… and all these people.’

A second officer then showed up and forced Ana to mute the sound.

“So the party continued, and about an hour later a second officer showed up, so at some point we moved the party to the house, and it continued for a while. The last people left around 2 a.m.,” she said.

Ana gave fans a glimpse of the epic celebration when she shared some photos on Instagram, as well as a video of 66-year-old Gloria dancing on the patio.

The View panelist posted an exterior photo of the beautiful home she shares with her husband of four years, Al Cárdenas, and their pet ChaCha, telling her fans: “Throwing a good party doesn’t have to be expensive.”

Ana clearly knows how to have a good time and made sure her guests were treated to good food, good music and undoubtedly plenty of cocktails.

The TV star has made no secret of the fact that she enjoys a margarita every now and then, but has also spoken out about her recent weight loss journey and some of the lifestyle changes she’s made to shed some pounds.

Ana, who was involved in the late Senator John McCain’s 2008 presidential campaign, told her followers in June that she has “struggled with my weight my whole life,” adding that “the pandemic and menopause have made it worse.” .

She previously said that her mother’s death in 2021 due to kidney disease caused by diabetes pushed her to become proactive in her quest for better health.

“Last August, I went with two of my friends since grade school to a wellness spa in Mexico called @rancholapuerta,” she said earlier this year.

‘We had all turned fifty and wanted to get healthier. I spent time there learning to cook and eat healthier, reprogramming the way I think about my lifestyle and being more active. We did all kinds of exercise classes for hours a day.’

Ana explained that when she and her friends returned to Miami, they were “determined to continue some of our healthy habits” and confirmed that she “also sought professional help” in the form of a nutritionist, Pilates coach, pickleball coach coach and medical guidance.

In the comment on Instagram, she admitted, “It’s been a complete lifestyle change, except for the damn rosé and margaritas, which I can’t give up. It is a daily struggle for me. I still really like tequila and staying in bed with my poodle.”
