Kylie Jenner seemed to know right away that Kourtney Kardashian was pregnant… months before Kourtney announced it, on this week’s episode of The Kardashians.
Kourtney, 44 – who was revealed to have skipped sister Kim’s 43rd birthday party as she was on bed rest – was seen attending her niece True Thompson’s fifth birthday party in the new episode.
The new blonde Kourtney arrives with husband Travis Barker, while Kylie arrives with her daughter Stormi at the party, which was likely filmed on or around True’s birthday on April 12.
Kris arrives as Kourtney gives Kylie a hug as Kourtney says, “I love you, I’m so exhausted I can’t even get up.”
They let go and Kylie casually asks, “Are you pregnant?” and Kourtney just says, “No.”

Since Kourtney’s due date is unknown, it is unclear when the child’s conception date was, or how far away it was from this birthday party.
It’s unclear how far along Kourtney was during True’s birthday party, or whether she even knew she was pregnant when Kylie asked her.
About two months later, on June 17, Kourtney reportedly showed off a sign that read “Travis, I’m pregnant” at one of his Blink-182 concerts.
During a preview for an upcoming episode of The Kardashians, it was revealed that Kris Jenner didn’t hear the happy news directly from Kourtney.
Khloe Kardashian revealed in the clip, “My mom found out on the news. She wasn’t very happy.’
Kris added in the clip, “I thought I was going punk!”
While it’s unclear when Kourtney and Travis will actually welcome their first child, it was recently revealed that she underwent emergency surgery in September that saved the baby’s life.
After she said she felt “lucky” because the unspecified problem was discovered while she was having an extra monitoring session that women in the US don’t routinely get.

Kourtney – who already has Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and eight-year-old Reign with former partner Scott Disick – told US Vogue magazine: ‘That experience opened my eyes to a whole new world of pregnancy that I didn’t know about in the past.
‘It was terrifying. After hearing that insurance normally only covers two ultrasounds when you’re pregnant, I had no idea.
‘I’ve always been lucky enough to do more than what insurance covers, and it’s one of those ultrasounds that saved my baby’s life.’
When Kourtney documented the ordeal online last month, she shared a black and white photo of her and Barker holding hands.
