Rebekah Vardy shows off her toned midriff in bikini snaps from Dubai after fleeing UK amid Coleen Rooney’s Wagatha Christie doc

She escaped from Britain just days before Coleen Rooney’s Wagatha Christie documentary was launched.

And Rebekah Vardy showed off her toned midriff as she reflected on her recent holiday to the UAE on Wednesday.

Posing for a mirror photo in a hot pink two-piece from Hunza G, the WAG seemed unfazed by the recent controversy since the limited series aired.

She pulled her brunette hair back into a sleek bun and went seemingly makeup-free to show off her sun-kissed tan.

Rebekah shared another photo from the resort to her Instagram Story, writing: “I miss this place already.”

During her lavish outing, Rebekah was last seen hanging out with former Love Islander Amber Wise, 19, the daughter of former footballer Dennis Wise.

On Instagram, Amber posted a selfie of the two of them to show them at a club enjoying a night out together.

The caption of her clip read: “Only @beckyvardy could get me out of the hangover,” as she shared a video from Iris Beach Club.

It comes after Rebekah revealed she bumped into Amber on the trip, after their families holidayed together in August.

Taking to Instagram, Rebekah shared a beaming selfie as she cuddled up with the reality star and daughter of footballer Dennis Wise, who found fame on the ITV2 dating show earlier this year.

The pair were both dressed in black, with Rebekah flashing a big smile and wearing a large silver chain.

She captioned the post, gushing: ‘I ❤️you xxx’.

Coleen recently liked a fan’s tweet that referenced Rebekah’s plans to use her late disabled sister Rosie to further her story-leaking plot.

On Wednesday, the 37-year-old WAG made headlines after the release of her Disney+ documentary Coleen Rooney: The Real Wagatha Story, a limited series about her legal battle with the wife of fellow footballer Vardy.

In 2019, Coleen publicly accused Rebekah of leaking stories from her personal Instagram account to The Sun newspaper, sparking a war in the High Court, with private WhatsApps showing Rebekah’s references to Coleen’s sister.

In the midst of Coleen’s three-year attempt to expose the ‘traitor’ on her private account, she unfollowed Rebekah – who was revealed to have messaged her agent Caroline Watt to tell her to ‘say something about Rosie’ to get back into Coleen’s lap.

Coleen’s parents Colette and Tony McLoughlin took Rosie in as a foster child when she was two, before later adopting her. She died in 2013 at the age of 14 after her lifelong battle with Rett syndrome, a rare condition that causes severe disabilities.

The Wagatha Christie story has dominated headlines for years, with Coleen finally telling her side of the story in the Disney+ documentary.

After explaining how she found out that Rebekah was the perpetrator of the leaks, she revealed that her first instinct was to just unfollow the star, which resulted in Rebekah being removed as one of the followers because of Coleen.

Shortly afterwards, Coleen revealed that she was contacted by Rebekah, who sent her a message saying: ‘Hello my love… I hope you are well?… I saw you unfollowed me…

“And I unfollowed you on Instagram… I just wanted to ask… If I had done anything or offended you in any way?”, before Coleen said: “I just thought… you” I’m so two-faced,” to the camera.

Coleen then read out a message from Rebekah to Caroline, which read: ‘I normally never message her to say hello. Maybe I should say something about Rosie.’

Disgusted, Coleen said of the despicable plan: ‘Planning to create a story so I can respond to your question is one thing, but using my dead sister is just… wrong’.

Earlier in the documentary, Coleen broke down in tears while discussing Rosie.

Explaining why the WAG struggles to talk about her concerns, Colette revealed it stemmed from caring for Rosie in her childhood.

Colette said: ‘Coleen keeps things to herself. She doesn’t want to be a burden and I can relate that back to Rosie. She was so special.’

The McLoughlins took Rosie in as a foster child when she was two and while they previously only provided respite care, Coleen noted that ‘Rosie was different’.

She explained: ‘When Rosie came along she was a big part of our lives. She was the sister I never thought I would have.”

Speaking to her mother and her father Tony, she continued: ‘I did her hair and loved choosing clothes for her with my mother. She brought that little bit extra to the house. We fell in love with her.’

Yet the family soon realized that Rosie was struggling with her development, and after a series of hospital tests, she was diagnosed with Rett syndrome.

Coleen explained: ‘Rosie, she struggled. She couldn’t walk or talk and was in pain and sick, but she still kept a smile on her face.

‘Sometimes she forced a laugh. I think it was just to make my mom and dad happy. Gradually her brain stopped functioning, meaning she could no longer eat, talk or move.’

Rosie required 24-hour care and after suffering ‘many complications’ and being admitted to intensive care, Colette revealed the family had decided to bring her home to spend her final days surrounded by her loved ones.

“We had a sleepover, one last sleepover, all together,” she explained. “And then we had a big party to celebrate her life.”
