EXCLUSIVE: Tori Spelling is MOVING OUT of her $18,000-a-month rental home as workers take her belongings to a storage unit…so where will the actress and her brood-of-five go next?

Tori Spelling has already packed up and left the $18,000-a-month rental home she was staying in with her five children.

DailyMail.com saw movers take her belongings out of the four-bedroom rental home in Woodland Hills, California, and load them into a truck on Sunday.

The move came just days after LAPD SWAT reportedly evacuated her due to a neighbor barricading himself in his home with an AR-15. He was later arrested.

Tori was nowhere to be seen during the move, but professional movers quickly removed most of her belongings, including unlabeled boxes containing clothing, makeup, toiletries, fans and other household items.

The movers took her belongings to a storage facility in Calabasas, near her old home she shared with her estranged husband Dean McDermott, which begs the question: Where will she go?

The rental home – with a $19,000 deposit – was fully furnished when she arrived, so the actress didn’t have to move any furniture.

One of the boxes said Game Con. Many boxes were not labeled due to her spontaneous emergency move. The movers spent all day getting her things out of the house.

The house was quite an upgrade from the low-budget hotels and RVs she stayed in due to finances and an ongoing mold problem at her Hidden Hills rental.

The 3,300-square-foot, single-story home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is an additional guesthouse with a bath.

The home is “exquisitely appointed” with plenty of natural light, according to the current listing.

The home features hardwood floors, a dining table for six, a bar for four, large sliding glass doors, an office area, flat panel TVs, a game room, luxury furnishings and plenty of storage.

There is a completely updated kitchen with a gas range, stainless steel appliances and ample counter space.

A large swimming pool, with terrace and outdoor space is perfect for cooling off in the warm weather of the San Fernando Valley.

The monthly rental market suits Tori, who has always been restless when it comes to her living situation.

She admitted this in her 2013 memoir Spelling It Like It Is, writing that she had a “real estate obsession.”

“But as it continues, it starts to seem compulsive. Moving is expensive and I have put us in a precarious financial situation,” she wrote.

Finding fully furnished short-term rental properties in Los Angeles, like this current one, could finally be her answer to residential wanderlust.

On Wednesday morning, DailyMail.com reported that a terrified Tori and her children – Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, six – were forced to evacuate their rental home when police and even a police officer had to enter their rental property to leave. The SWAT team arrived to search the house next door for a man holed up with an assault rifle.

The incident ended around 1pm when the man was taken into custody, and hours later police were still parked outside her home as the investigation was completed.

By that evening, she got together and found herself taking all the kids for dinner to the nearby Sushi Spot on Ventura Boulevard and emerging over an hour later.

The next day she was seen checking moving trucks and a storage facility in LA, so it could be time to pack and move.

Her large SUV has a window sticker for parking access at the swanky private Calabasas Country Club, where memberships start with initiation fees between $20,000 and $40,000, along with monthly fees.

Regular dining out with a large family and expensive country club dues means we may finally be done seeing Tori’s down-and-out “poor me” photo blitzes.

In 2016, Tori’s mother Candy Spelling, 78, revealed to TMZ that she pays the bills for her daughter’s necessities, but not her extravagances like credit cards and other debts.

‘I’ll help her, I pay all her bills now. The house, the food, the children’s school.’

Meanwhile, as exclusively revealed by Dailymail.com, Tori’s estranged husband Dean, 56, has been forced to find his own ways to survive.

On October 10, Dean was spotted holding hands with new girlfriend Lily Calo, 32, as he entered the Department of Social Services in Chatsworth to file paperwork for public assistance. He currently shares a house in the San Fernando Valley with four roommates.

In her 2013 memoir, the daughter of TV mogul Aaron Spelling admits she was deeply shocked when it was revealed he left her and brother Randy, 45, only about $800,000 each after his 2006 death at age 83 .

She compared the surprise of discovering she was pregnant with her third child, Hattie, to the shock of her meager inheritance.

“(It was) Like finding out you got 0.16 percent of your gazillionaire father’s estate ($600 million). Love him. Still bitter.’

Without the help of her wealthy mother, Tori is unlikely to be able to afford her current rent of $18,000 per month.
