Jackie ‘O’ Henderson showed off her fitness regime on Monday as she did a home workout with her personal trainer at her home in Clovelly, Sydney.

The radio queen, 48, was spotted laughing with her fitness coach Aimée Fischer-Gray as they breathed the fresh air on her balcony.

The media personality showed off her ripped biceps in a basic white T-shirt paired with black leggings.

Jackie just smiled as she hoisted a small barbell to her chest and started doing squats while her trainer coached her from the side.

At one point, the grin disappeared from the beauty’s face as the workout became more intense and her muscles started to ache.

As her blonde locks cascaded down her torso in loose waves, the media personality kept it casual in a basic white T-shirt and black tights.

She appeared to finish her session with a few sets of Romanian deadlifts while still using the dumbbells.

Earlier this year, Jackie presented her weight loss journey with co-host Kyle Sandilands on their Kyle and Jackie O Show.

She revealed that she often skips breakfast and reaps the benefits of intermittent fasting.

Jackie said she lost a whopping 18kg in just five months, but was forced to quash rumors that this was due to taking a celebrity weight loss drug.

She went on to say that she avoids carbs and satisfies her hunger throughout the day by snacking on pre-cut pieces of steak.

Many speculated that she was taking the drug Ozempic, but Jackie recently put those rumors to rest.

She said she lost weight the old-fashioned way: by following a low-calorie diet, exercising regularly and not drinking alcohol.

‘I don’t use those diabetes medications that people talk about. I think (giving up) alcohol and exercise was a big thing,” she said.

“I’ve never done that before, so that was kind of the thrill for me.”

Jackie, who recently started playing tennis regularly, added that giving up alcohol and exercising was “something she had never done before.”
