Victor Harbour crash: Woman critical after her car crashed into a police car in South Australia

A woman is fighting for her life and two police officers have been injured after a horror crash in a South Australian coastal town.
A Ford Sedan struck a marked police vehicle patrolling Seaview Rd in Victor Harbor shortly after 1:30am on Tuesday.
The police car rolled over several times.
The woman driving the Ford Sedan was taken to Adelaide’s Flinders Medical Center with serious injuries, where she is now fighting for her life.

Her male passenger was unharmed.
The police officer driving the police vehicle and their colleague suffered minor injuries and were taken to South Coast Hospital.
Both officers have now been released from hospital.
Images from the scene show the extent of the damage, including the facade of a nearby home.
Major crash investigators remain on scene and a number of road closures are in place.
Seaview Road is currently closed between Hindmarsh Road and William Street.
Acraman and Carlyle streets are also closed.
Police are calling on motorists to avoid the area.
