Toby Keith made the big announcement on Friday.
The 62-year-old country singer will perform on stage again, he shared on YouTube.
The star will hold two concerts at the Dolby Live Theater at Park MGM in Las Vegas on December 10 and 11. These are his first official headlining shows since revealing his cancer diagnosis in June 2022.
‘Hello everyone! This is Toby Keith. It’s been a while,” he began. “You know what I was doing — I was on the old roller coaster, but the almighty was riding shotgun.
“For some reason he’s letting me drive, but we’re making a big announcement.” I’m running a small business and thought I’d start in big Las Vegas.’

Last month, he brought his wife Tricia Lukus to tears during his acceptance speech for the first country music icon at the People’s Choice Country Awards, amid his battle with stomach cancer.
The singer was presented with the honors by Blake Shelton at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, Tennessee.
As the Grammy-nominated artist – who said he is battling cancer in June 2022 – gave his speech, his wife was seen getting emotional while in the audience.
“I bet you thought you’d never see me in skinny jeans,” the Clinton, Oklahoma native said.
“I want to thank the Almighty for allowing me to be here tonight. You’ve been riding shotgun with me for a while now.’
The Red Solo Cup artist thanked his family and his camp, noting that “a lot of people enter a big career like this at 30.”

The I Love This Bar singer said: ‘Most of all I want to thank the fans for still allowing us to do what we do.’
Keith then performed his 2019 track Don’t Let the Old Man on air, his first TV appearance since going public with details of his health battle.
Keith said People before the show that the award marked a ‘pretty magnificent’ milestone in his life and career.
“A lot of people behind the scenes helped make this happen,” said the Should’ve Been a Cowboy artist. “Just to see how huge a career I’ve had in 30 years when they show the video.”
‘You know where you were when you wrote all those songs and you hear those numbers and it’s like you look up one day and suddenly 30 years have passed.’
Last summer, Keith said he was planning a tour this fall as he continues to move in the right direction in his battle with stomach cancer.
“I feel pretty good,” Keith said The Oklahoman at an event earlier this month ahead of his Tobi Keith & Friends golf tournament. Basically, everything is in a real positive trend.
‘You never know with cancer, so you have to prepare.’

Keith said he is gearing up to be ‘on the road this fall’ as long as he feels strong.
“I have more wind,” he said. ‘I’m thinking about bringing a band and setting up, playing for two or three days somewhere just to see if I can last two hours.’
He said he plans to settle into a routine before hitting the road.
“All I have to do is see if I can get through two or three nights at work and get some rest from this chemo, and we’ll be back to work … I’m ready … that’s life,” Keith said.
Keith told the paper that he is still receiving chemotherapy amid his health battle and that the results are headed in the right direction, with blood tests showing better signs and the tumor he has a third smaller.
Keith said he was ‘about eight weeks away from (his) last scan’, adding: ‘I expect the next time I look for that tumor it will be even smaller – and I’ve only got one that showed up.’
Keith told the newspaper that he is undergoing immunotherapy and regularly visits nutritionists.
Keith first opened up publicly about his health battle in June 2022, having originally been diagnosed in the fall of 2021.
