Ali Krieger seemed to confirm rumors that her ex-wife Ashlyn Harris cheated on her with actress Sophia Bush with an Instagram post that referenced Beyoncé’s “lemonade era.”
Last week it emerged that the former USWNT football stars had split after four years of marriage, with their relationship ‘irretrievably broken’.
Since then, rumors have swirled that Harris is already dating Bush, and judging by Krieger’s latest post, it appears there was some overlap.
Kreiger posted a photo of himself in practice and wrote, “Preparing for the playoffs in my Beyoncé lemonade era.”
That 2016 Beyoncé album obviously deals with her husband Jay-Z’s infidelity as a recurring theme.

Krieger, 38, has some big names in American soccer by her side, judging by the answers.
The legendary Alex Morgan commented below, saying, “These comments do not disappoint” alongside a fire emoji.
Sophia Smith also commented, writing ‘energyyyy’, while another US international, Crystal Dunn, wrote ‘Ooop’.
It seemed even more significant that Kreiger posted on Thursday, Harris’ 38th birthday.
Earlier this week, People reported that Harris and Bush had their first date “weeks ago.”
Harris, 37, retired from soccer in November 2022 and Krieger, 39, plays for Gotham FC but will retire after the NWSL playoff run ends with her team, Gotham FC.
They adopted two children together – a boy and a girl – and married on December 28, 2019 in Miami, nine months after revealing their engagement.
Harris has made 25 appearances for the US as a goalkeeper, while Krieger, a defender, has played 108 times at international level for her country, winning two World Cups each in 2015 and 2019.

Krieger played in both finals, where Harris was part of the squad, but did not take the field for either match.
They met in 2010 at the USWNT training camp. In a 2020 interview with Allure, they admitted that being teammates while being in a relationship was also difficult at times.
“The team comes first,” Harris said. ‘We actually don’t stay in the same room (on the road). When we are in the same room, we are in separate beds because sleep is a big part of our recovery.
‘I find that the most difficult. We’re not really having a good time together. We have to make time, even if we see each other all the time. It is difficult.’
