EXCLUSIVE: Tori Spelling’s estranged husband Dean McDermott, 56, KISSES new girlfriend Lily Calo, 32, as they pack on the PDA for romantic airport drop off

Tori Spelling’s estranged husband Dean McDermott looked downright smitten as he took his new girlfriend Lily Kahlo to the airport – but in a romantic way.

In a sign of his growing feelings for Lily, the actor underwent the grueling task of battling traffic at LAX to drop her off at the transport hub on Tuesday.

Dean, 56, adored Lily, 32, famous for pulling her into a hug after unloading her luggage from the boot.

The pair showed their affection as they exchanged a few final sweeties before her flight.

These latest photos come after DailyMail.com exclusively broke the news of their new romance last week, after they were spotted walking into West Valley Social Services in Chatsworth, hand in hand.

Dean, dressed in a smart leather jacket and jeans with chain detailing, was seen obligingly unloading Lily’s belongings from the back of his truck.

Once all her luggage was out, the pair reached for each other for a kiss, Dean even removing his glasses at one point in the middle of their passion.

Lily looked stylish in a denim jacket, black trousers and platform sneakers.

Interestingly, Dean seemed to be wearing one very significant accessory – his wedding ring. However, he now wore it on his right hand instead of his left.

Less than a year ago, Dean lived with his wife Tori Spelling – the daughter of a multi-millionaire – in the private enclave of Hidden Hills, counting the Kardashians and Jenners as neighbors.

But now she is parting ways with the Beverly Hills 90210 star, living in a rented house in the San Fernando Valley with four male roommates, and has been pictured standing in line at a government welfare office.

The actor was spotted at the Department of Social Services office in the West Valley earlier this month with Lily in exclusive DailyMail.com photos.

The cash-strapped Canadian appears to have fallen on hard times and was forced to resort to a government bailout after splitting from Spelling in June.

Lily is a senior executive at Conscious Community Global in LA, which he first identified PageSik.

It’s unclear where they met or how long they’ve been dating, however, the two were photographed together earlier this month at a health and human services organization where they’re apparently working on a project with the “creative development team,” according to LinkedIn.

According to her LinkedIn, New Jersey native Lily was previously based in Austin, Texas, as a gallery director and co-founder of Canvas, before moving to Los Angeles where she is believed to have met her new beau. He has been working in the company since September.

In a 2021 interview, she said, “I was a shy kid from the East Coast with a humble goal to see the world and learn about as many other cultures as possible.

“I knew one way I could do that was through art, but I felt I wasn’t an artist in any traditional sense. I eventually discovered that my art was within writing and that reading ironically brought me out of my shell.’

Tori and Dean’s troubled marriage appeared to be on the way until June 16 when the actor announced they had split in a quickly-deleted social media post.

In addition to the obvious marital strife, the couple also famously endured their fair share of money woes, racking up thousands of dollars in debt and facing multiple lawsuits from credit card companies over unpaid bills — which Spelling attributed to “bad shopping habits.”

Growing up, Tori, whose father Aaron Spelling was one of Hollywood’s most successful producers, famously lived in the second largest home in all of Los Angeles.

But her relationship with her parents became severely strained after she left first husband Charlie Shanyan to marry Dean in 2005. When her father died the following year, he infamously left her just $800,000 of his $600 million fortune.

At the height of their spending spree as a couple, Tori and Dean were shelling out $16,000 a month for a gated hilltop property in the Sherwood Lakes section of Ventura County.

Tori’s wealthy mother Candy Spelling, 78, stepped in to pay for what she called their ‘needs’ such as housing, food, health insurance and more when the couple’s finances dried up.

While Candy reportedly continues to support her daughter, it now appears that Dean is on his own when it comes to finances.

With the recent SAG-AFTRA strike, any acting gigs are unlikely to come his way.

His other side gigs, such as stand-up comedian and chef, also didn’t pan out.

Dean divorced his first wife, Canadian TV presenter Mary Jo Eustace, 61, after he met Tori on the set of the Lifetime TV movie Mind Over Murder in 2005. They have a son, Jack McDermott, 25.

Tori and Dean married in 2006 and filed for divorce earlier this year. They have five children together, Liam (16), Stella (15), Hattie (12), Finn (11) and Beau (6).
