A shocking video shows a family’s pet dog refusing to leave the bed where Hamas butchered its owners’ children.

The black shaggy puppy panted in distress as it lay in a bloodstained and bullet-riddled house in the Kfar Aza kibbutz, where the terrorists killed his entire family.

The 65-second clip shared by the State of Israel’s account to X, formerly known as Twitter, showed the animal lying across a messy mattress at the bottom of a child’s wooden bed settee.

They wrote: ‘This is the home of a whole family in Kfar Aza who were slaughtered by Hamas terrorists.

The walls behind the puppy showed the endless hours of sticker fun enjoyed by the siblings who occupied the bedroom before mass destruction befell their home.

The video showed the result of a heartless carnage where walls were filled with gaping holes where bullets destroyed the foundations of their property.

The small kibbutz, popular with young parents, was one of the first Israeli settlements targeted on Saturday morning by the angry terrorists who unleashed atrocities that defy belief.

Here, Hamas gunmen, wielding assault rifles and grenades, mercilessly gunned down screaming families as they begged for their lives before setting fire to their homes.

The terror began just after dawn on Saturday morning when most of the 400 Israeli residents living at the Kfar Aza kibbutz were sleeping or enjoying breakfast with coffee.

The first wave of 70 Hamas terrorists raced toward the quiet kibbutz on motorcycles after tearing through the border wire a mile away, while others soared over Israel’s unsuspecting defenses from Gaza.

As soon as they arrived, the heavily armed fighters attacked the compound from four directions – starting with the ‘baby quarter’ on the west side where all the young families lived.

The terrorists were met by an angry kibbutz guard, a small group of residents with military experience who patrolled the perimeter when they saw the swarm of black figures speeding towards them on their motorbikes.

They – like the Israeli army and government – were not prepared for the wave of terrorists firing streams of bullets at them. The small security group tried in vain to protect their neighbors, but they could not hold back the terrorists and they were killed in the intense fighting.

The ruthless Hamas gunmen moved quickly through the kibbutz, first killing a 90-year-old grandmother who was sitting on her porch when the terrorists arrived. They dragged the terrified pensioner into her living room and shot her twice in the head.

Families were awakened by the terrifying sound of gunfire and voices outside their homes. Terrified parents ran to their sleeping children and plucked them from their beds and cribs before bundling them into safe rooms or closets.
