Three young girls are wanted after a violent attack on a teenage girl in Oklahoma City was shared on social media this week.
Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspects, who they say also tried to set the victim’s apartment on fire after the brutal assault.
In the shocking footage, three young girls surround a fourth who is lying on the floor and covers her face with her hands as they violently punch, kick and pull the hair of their victim, whose name and age have not been released. Her earrings were also ripped out during the onslaught of violence.
The attack, which was recorded outside Sooner Haven Apartments in northeast Oklahoma City, is believed to be the result of an online feud that then escalated into physical violence.
“It’s (a) pretty, pretty violent attack,” Sergeant Dillon Quirk, Oklahoma City Police told News 4.

‘Three persons beating the victim. The people involved look younger.’
The victim was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries, but in the police report, responding officers noticed “red marks on the right side of her face, ear and cheek areas.”
The report added that “both of her earrings were also ripped out.”
The beatings continued for some time, the police said in their appeal.
The victim has not been identified because she is only fifteen years old, officials said.

A witness told police they ‘couldn’t remember which suspect did what during the attack’.
Police said the assault continued after the beating.
“The same suspects attempted to break into the victims’ apartment and set it on fire,” Quirk said.
“(The suspects) could see some assault-type charges, possibly, possibly arson, burglary.” Just have to see how the DA wants to handle it,” he added.
