Britney Spears’ dad Jamie will NOT be reading her tell-all memoir… after the pop star called for him to be JAILED over his role in her conservatorship
Britney Spears is in New York promoting her new memoir, but her dad won’t be reading it.
Jamie Spears, 71, says he’s heard it all before.
That’s according to TMZ, which reports that it spoke with a source close to the family.
It is unclear what singer Tokic included in the book about the 13-year conservation overseen by her father and another man.
Jamie took control of his eldest daughter’s life and finances in 2008 after some very public battles with mental health.

It started as a temporary arrangement, but became permanent by the end of the year.
In the years that followed, Britney, now 41, was considered well enough to work in what the former estate conservator called a ‘hybrid business model’ in court documents, but not well enough to control her personal life.
The estate controlled who her friends were, where she could go and “recorded every purchase she made on a drink from Starbucks,” according to The New York Times.
Britney also told the court she was forced to use birth control and take medication against her will.
During a court appearance, she told the judge: ‘Ma’am, my dad and everyone involved in this conservatorship, and my management, who played a big part in punishing me when I said ‘No’ (to going on tour) – Ms . am, they should be in jail.’
Jamie’s failings in parenting and struggles with alcohol are also documented in his youngest daughter Jamie Lynn’s 2021 memoir, Things I Need to Say, and his ex-wife Lynn’s memoir.
Jamie was recently hospitalized for a severe bacterial infection, but was transferred to the Infectious Diseases Outpatient Clinic, he said People.
Britney’s older brother Brian, 46, reportedly supported the Stronger singer as he handled her divorce from estranged husband Sam Asghari, 29.

The two tied the knot in a star-studded wedding ceremony at the hitmaker’s California home last June.
The couple stayed together for just over a year before splitting, with the Lioness actor filing for divorce last August.
The end of their marriage will reportedly not be detailed in her memoir.
Speaking of telling everything, the actor told TMZ he wasn’t nervous and had already read it.
“I’m very proud of her,” the former model said of his estranged wife. “She put a lot of work into it.”
