A San Francisco 49ers fan proposed to his girlfriend, who was rooting for the Dallas Cowboys, during Sunday night’s football game between both teams as live TV cameras caught the moment she said ‘I do’.

The Niners (5-0) beat the Cowboys in a 42-10 win at home to remain undefeated this year, and while San Francisco has every reason to believe in winning a Super Bowl this season, it was a fan of Jerry Jones’ team that actually went home with a ring this past weekend.

NBC cameras captured the moment a man wearing a Christian McCaffrey jersey got down on one knee in the stands and pulled out a ring.

At the time, his lady, who was in a Dak Prescott jersey, could hardly believe what was happening.

Commentators Mike Tirico and Cris Collinsworth amusingly broke down the suggestion while wrapping up Sunday’s game coverage. The latter begged to be asked if the guy would have gone through with his plan if the game had gone differently.

‘Would he have done it if the Cowboys had won? I don’t think so,” says Cris. ‘I think he’s holding the ring.

‘You can’t start a marriage like that when she has the upper hand. But 49ers win, ”Here you go, let’s get married.”’

Niners QB Brock Purdy threw three of his four touchdown passes at Levi Stadium to George Kittle as San Francisco’s defense chased Dak Prescott all night in this weekend’s big-ticket game.

“It felt good, especially going against the No. 1 defense in the league,” star left tackle Trent Williams said. ‘Obviously it’s a big test for Week 5 of the year. I think we pass that test with flying colors. But we are going to be tested again.’

The Niners (5-0) have knocked the Cowboys out of the playoffs in tight games the past two seasons, adding intrigue to this early-season matchup between presumed contenders.

The reunion wasn’t even close.

The Niners led 14-0 before the Cowboys got their initial first down of the night and were never really threatened en route to tying a franchise record with their 15th straight regular season win and their fifth start of 5- 0 to earn.

Purdy’s now improved to 10-0 as a starter.
