NHS doctor mocks Israeli festival-goers fleeing Hamas gunmen in social media post saying: ‘If it was your home, you would stay and fight. You wouldn’t just run away’
An NHS medic shockingly mocked Israeli festival-goers for fleeing Hamas gunmen, MailOnline can reveal today.
Dr. Mennah Elwan said: “If it was your home you would stay and fight” in response to horrific footage of Palestinian terrorists opening fire on innocent partygoers who had gathered all night for a trance rave.
The neurological resident also claimed: “There are no civilians in Israel” in her series of vile posts on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Comments from Dr. Elwan, who attended a British Medical Association (BMA) rally in Manchester last week, showed his support for Hamas’ brutal series of surprise attacks in Israel.
More than 700 Israeli soldiers and civilians – including 260 who were slaughtered at the same music festival that Dr. Elwan published recordings – were killed.

Responding to footage of revelers running for their lives before the barbaric attack, Dr. Elwan questions the behavior of the refugees.
Posting a frightening clip of people trying to flee to safety at the Supernova festival held near the Gaza Strip, she wrote: “If it was your home you would stay and fight.” You wouldn’t just run away .’
The Egyptian-trained Dr. Elwan then concluded her statement with a smiley face emoji.

More footage of the incident has since emerged, showing gunmen executing civilians lying on the sand before rummaging through their bags.
Since then, the victims’ bodies have been piled up in makeshift tents while Israeli emergency workers worked to identify the remains.
In another post, Dr. Elwan also supported the wave of horrific violence against Israeli civilians and tourists over the weekend.
She wrote: “Israel kills Palestinians every day, I haven’t seen anyone care,” again ending the statement with a smiley face emoji.
Dr. Elwan added: “Besides, there are no civilians in Israel.”

In another post, a response to Prime Minister Rishi Sunak who expressed his support for Israel, she said the UK should simply remove the Israeli population from Palestine.
“Just getting all the Israelis from terrorist Palestine to the UK, a win for everyone, right?” she wrote.
MailOnline contacted Dr. Elwan because of her posts – but she made her profile private after this website contacted her.
While Dr. While Elwan described working in the NHS on the professional networking platform Linkedin, she did not name which organization she was employed by.
She has previously posted about her work as a doctor at Newcastle Upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. But the foundation told MailOnline she is not currently a member of its staff.
Dr. Elwan worked in the NHS just last year and described in a YouTube video how she worked at the health service’s Walton Centre, a large neurological hospital in Liverpool.
The Walton Center has been contacted for comment.
The doctor, who is currently training to become a neurologist, boasted about joining an NHS picket line just last week.
She wrote how “great” it was to attend a rally organized by the BMA in Manchester on October 3, which coincided with the Conservative Party conference.
Dr. Elwan wrote about “Manchester goes orange” with the hashtag #BMAPayRally and pictures of her attending the event.
Official figures show that strikes by medics have led to almost 1.2 million cancellations of NHS appointments.
She also advocated the removal of the Israeli people from the country as an obvious solution to the long-running conflict
Dr. Elwan, an NHS doctor who has just completed her neurology residency, recently boasted about taking part in strike action that devastated the NHS
A BMA spokesman said the union would investigate their contributions.
“Dr. Elwan does not speak for or represent the BMA and the comments shared with us in no way reflect the BMA or its values,” they said.
“We will fully investigate the matter in accordance with our procedures.”
Britain’s General Medical Council (GMC), which has the power to formally punish doctors for inappropriate behavior, said its standards apply to medical professionals’ posts on social media.
The standards say medical professionals should “ensure that your conduct justifies your patients’ trust in you and the public’s trust in the profession.”
A spokesperson for the regulator added: “The GMC may investigate whether there are concerns that patient safety or public trust in doctors may be at risk and take action if necessary.”
Survivors of the music festival massacre have since posted chilling footage showing them hiding in nearby vegetation for hours as they wrote farewell messages to their families, not believing they would ever see them again.
Israeli authorities have asked desperate relatives of the missing to bring personal items such as combs and toothbrushes so investigators can try to match their DNA to the bodies.
The massacre was just one of many bloody attacks by Hamas after the group infiltrated communities in southern Israel.
More than 700 Israelis have been killed since Hamas launched its large-scale attack over the weekend, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said today.
Another 1,200 people were injured, many of them critically.
More people were taken hostage by Hama, according to shocking images and videos posted on social media.
One of those captured at the music festival was 30-year-old German tattoo artist Shani Louk.
Her lifeless, half-naked body was displayed in the back of a Hamas pickup truck as terrorists sat on her and jeered after the violent attack.
Other missing civilians include Noa Argamani and her boyfriend Avi Nathan.
The footage shows the 25-year-old student screaming as she was forced onto the back of a motorbike, just meters away from her helpless boyfriend, who was being held at gunpoint.
Both remain missing.
In response, the Israeli army struck more than 500 targets in nightly retaliatory strikes in the impoverished and blockaded Gaza Strip, an enclave of 2.3 million people. Officials reported at least 413 Palestinian deaths there.

“Overnight, IDF fighter jets, helicopters, aircraft and artillery attacked over 500 Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorist targets in the Gaza Strip,” the military said in a statement.
Thick clouds of smoke rose from the Palestinian enclave as attacks continued into the early hours of the morning.
In a statement released by Checkers, Mr Sunak said: “The scenes we have seen in Israel over the last 36 hours are truly horrific.”
“I want to express my absolute solidarity with the people of Israel.” Now is no time for ambiguity and I will be unequivocal. “Hamas and the people who support Hamas bear full responsibility for this horrific terrorist attack, for the murder of civilians and the abduction of innocent people, including children.”
British Jews also fear that hateful events in the Middle East could spill over into the UK.
The Metropolitan Police said it had stepped up “calm patrols” in London after images and videos were shared on social media of people waving Palestinian flags and celebrating the bloody attack in the capital.
Suella Braverman warned that the “full force of the law” would be used against those who support Hamas or “intimidate” Jews in Britain.
She posted on X this morning that the government was doing “whatever it takes” to protect Jewish communities.
“Whenever Israel is attacked, Islamists and other racists use Israeli defensive measures as an excuse to incite hatred against British Jews,” she wrote.
“There must be no tolerance for anti-Semitism or the glorification of terrorism on the streets of Britain.”
“I expect the police to use the full force of the law against demonstrations of support for Hamas, other banned terror groups or attempts to intimidate British Jews.”
