After leaving a ‘Blank Space’ at US Bank Stadium on Sunday afternoon, fans of Taylor Swift wondered if she would show up for next Thursday’s game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Denver Broncos.
The clash between AFC West foes will square off at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City — the site where Swift first played a Chiefs game this season amid her rapidly developing romance with Travis Kelce.
Kelce, the star tight end of the Chiefs, appeared to injure his ankle in the 27-20 victory over the Minnesota Vikings.
Luckily for him, Swift wasn’t in attendance — despite CBS cameras planning ahead in the affair that showed the pop star.
With her absence, many on social media wondered whether or not she would turn up for the Thursday night clash – which would almost certainly be a win for KC either way.
Fans are speculating if Travis Kelce’s new girlfriend, Taylor Swift, will arrive on Thursday

But with the Denver Broncos visiting Thursday night, could Swift return to Arrowhead?
The Broncos fell to the struggling New York Jets – the very team that beat the Chiefs the Sunday before last.
“Checked the ticket prices for the Chiefs-Jets game last week and nosebleeds were 300 (dollars) and checked again next week for Chiefs-Broncos and they’re 160 (crying emoji) the power Taylor Swift has on the economy,” said wrote one Twitter user.
A number of Broncos fans also posted and began to worry or foolishly hope for a win in front of the ‘You Belong With Me’ singer.
“Looking forward to the Broncos losing by 35 with Taylor Swift watching,” one upset Denver fan posted.
Another said: ‘I’d be shocked if changes happen this week, but once the #Broncos get blown out by the #Chiefs and Taylor Swift next week, changes need to be made.’
“MY EXCELLENT DREAM SCENARIO FOR THIS GAME: With Taylor Swift in attendance, the Broncos beat the Chiefs and Travis Kelce loses the game,” another post read. “It’s not happening, but the beef on X would be delicious.”
A number of Swifties and Broncos fans began to speculate whether the singer would appear
Swift has attended exactly two Kansas City Chiefs games so far this season. The first came during Week 3, when KC beat the Chicago Bears at home in a landslide.
The following week, Swift made an appearance at MetLife Stadium in the Meadowlands — a building she’s very familiar with — to watch the Chiefs look for a close win over the Jets.
But the attendance streak came to a halt this past week — when Swift decided not to make the trek to Minnesota for Sunday’s game against the Vikings.
Swift saw the Chiefs win exactly two games — a streak she almost certainly would extend after the Broncos’ 1-4 visit.
