Andy Lee puts three bedroom converted warehouse in Melbourne on the market for $2.65million
Andy Lee is listing his three-bedroom, three-storey converted warehouse in Melbourne for $2.65 million.
The comedian, 42, bought the property in 2008 for $1.5 million and is set to make a tidy profit when it goes to auction, reports Herald Sun.
The newly renovated property is located in the inner city suburbs of Richmond and its combination of elegant architecture and luxurious features make it very attractive to potential buyers.
The property includes an indoor golf simulator, a wine cellar, a private gym, a wonderful living area and a wonderful outdoor terrace.
Located in one of Melbourne’s most popular suburbs, it is only a short walk from the MCG and a host of world-class restaurants and bars.

The comedian, 42, bought the property in 2008 for $1.5 million and is set to make a tidy profit when it goes to auction, the Herald Sun reports.
The property will go to auction on Saturday, October 28 with a price guide of between $2.5 million and $2.65 million.
Lee is looking to offload the property as he and his girlfriend Rebecca begin a $5 million renovation of a derelict Melbourne mansion he bought two years ago.
The TV star bought the run-down Hawthorn estate, which overlooks the Yarra River, for $8.5 million in 2021 with the hope of transforming it into his dream home.
Despite some pushback from locals, Lee and his partner Rebecca Harding, 31, have now received council approval for the build, reports The Sun Herald.
The council will serve the couple with a notice of support for a development application which involves adding a second building to the 1876 Italianate mansion.
Some of the planned features that Lee and Harding have outlined include a home theatre, a gym, a swimming pool and a ‘mega bedroom’.

In a statement to the publication, Boroondara Council confirmed it had issued a notice of decision to grant planning permission for the Yarra Grove address.
In 2021, Lee’s selling agent told the Herald Sun that renovating the property would be a major passion project for the popular TV presenter and his partner.
“It will surely be a lifelong passion, a generational home for them. They were drawn to the opportunity to renovate an original house,” they said.
The ramshackle Italianate mansion property, built around 1876, sits in princely 2,000m2 grounds and overlooks the Yarra River.
