Terry Biviano and NRL star husband Anthony Minichiello continue to have renovation woes
Sydney Roosters legend Anthony Minichiello and wife Terri Biviano have been building their dream home for nine years.
And it looks like renovations to the Vaucluse estate will continue for another year, according to a new report.
On Sunday, The Daily Telegraph claimed Terry hoped construction would be complete by the time The Real Housewives of Sydney aired on October 10.
However, as of this week, the portaloo and fence remain, but the scaffolding has fallen.
The newspaper claims that work on the house could continue in 2024.

The couple bought a site in Sydney’s eastern suburbs in 2014 and decided to build their dream home on it.
But falling costs and the Covid-19 pandemic have caused multiple construction delays as the construction industry faces labor shortages and rising costs.
Last year, the neighbors got bored with the still-under-construction ‘mini villa’ that has been hanging around for ‘years’.
Minichiello said The Daily Telegraph the couple has been at odds with some neighbors for four years after complaints about the loss of harbor views and other issues.

“Building the house was a huge learning curve for us as first-time builders.” Especially during Covid. The pandemic hit and everything closed. Now we come back to it. “The work finally started this year,” he said.
Biviano said rising construction costs were not an issue and said they would have sold the property if they couldn’t afford it.
The shoe designer claimed they were getting “weekly” offers from estate agents looking to snap up the property.
An estate agent told The Daily Telegraph it would be worth more than $7 million in its current unfinished state.
The couple parted with $3.1 million to buy it in 2014, and when it’s finished, it’s expected the property could fetch offers of $10 million to $12 million.

The couple bought the property in Vaucluse a year after the birth of their daughter Azure, with the aim of spending $560,000 on a partial renovation.
In the end, they demolished a brick house and some trees in one house an ambitious plan to build a three-story house.
The star of the league admitted that the costs “skyrocketed” and that the couple were forced to deal with a lot of bureaucracy.
He added that they were “too eager” to take on a “big project”.
