The 47-year-old looked casual and comfortable in white trousers, trainers and a simple yellow T-shirt.

The only gift that hinted at Elsa’s celebrity status was a cream leather handbag from Fendi.

It comes after an administrator’s report revealed the dire financial situation facing the beauty brand co-founded by Elsa and Chris.

A report on Pureli Biron, published this week after it went into administration on March 10, revealed the business was unprofitable in every year of business.

The company’s directors, Lance Kalish and Ido Leffler, may also be investigated for potential misconduct.

The report found that the company has lost about $3.6 million since its launch in 2020, with the first product being introduced to the market in June of last year.

Kalish and Leffler argue that the brand’s financial situation stems from the difficulties faced by the 47 percent majority shareholder, BVKS, which secured only $3.9 million of the promised $8 million in funding to set up Purely Biron.

The report also showed that the company potentially continued to trade between the bankruptcy filing and the appointment of a receiver, although further investigation is needed to confirm whether this was the case.
