Whitney Port is the epitome of elegance in a black slip dress and knee-high boots while out with her son Sonny, 6, in Los Angeles
Whitney Port spent some quality family time with her six-year-old son Sonny on Friday in her hometown of Los Angeles.
The star, who has been very open and honest about her and husband Tim Rosenman’s struggles to grow their family with their second child, looked chic in an all-black ensemble.
While a television personality, the fashion designer and author was the picture of elegance in a black silk slip dress and Khaita Davis knee-high boots.
On Instagram, Port shared her dress with her 1.5 million Instagram fans and followers, writing: “This dress is @me_andem but I can’t find it anywhere online! I am so sorry! That’s so sweet.’
She also added cool sunglasses, a black and gold necklace, matching earrings, and pulled her long blonde tresses off her face and into a ponytail.

Seemingly on her way home, Port got out of her car and quickly grabbed Sonny’s hand for the short walk to the front door.
Dressed in shorts and a T-shirt, the young man carried a backpack over his shoulder.
Port just returned from her vacation in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico last weekend, where she got some much needed rest and relaxation.
Her Friday also included taking to Instagram to show off some of her Mexico outfits that she sells on her website which she dubbed her ‘Mexico Trip’.
In the video, she struck several poses while walking in various ensembles.
The City star also said she is available to be hired as a stylist to help “find your style” and “build your wardrobe”.
Port addressed fans and followers who expressed concern that she was too skinny back in July.
The comments hit home when her husband also expressed concern about her thinner frame.

She admitted to her concerned followers on social media 3M that she is underweight, but it is “not something I strive for”.
The 5ft 10in star admitted she was worried about being underweight and said she had “no idea” she was “so small” until she stepped on the scale in the summer.
She has since told fans not to worry as she plans to ‘eat mindfully’ and ‘put the right things in (her) body’.
Just before people started expressing concern about her weight, Port revealed that she and her husband were considering whether to go the surrogate route to help expand their family.
During the interview with People she spoke about the emotional and physical toll the process had on her after multiple pregnancy losses.
“I suffered from secondary infertility, and it was just such a process both physically and mentally to get to that second baby,” she admitted.
Although Port cautioned that the couple had not yet decided on surrogacy, she went on to explain how her efforts to conceive have been “all-consuming” and have left her struggling to find happiness.
“I haven’t been able to be a present, happy, decent version of myself,” the former MTV star revealed, before adding: “So I hope it would be the biggest blessing of all time if this new route happens.” But we’ll see.’

Port first gained recognition on the original Hills series from 2006 to 2008.
She went on to star in her own reality show, The City, for two seasons until it was canceled in 2010.
She has since launched her Whitney Eve fashion line and was a judge on the eighth cycle of Britain’s and Ireland’s Next Top Model.
Port would also star in The Hills: New Beginnings, a reboot of the original that also featured original cast members Stephanie Pratt, Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag, Audrina Patridge, Frankie Delgado, Jason Waller and Justin ‘Bobby’ Brescia.
Port and Rosenman, who started dating in 2012, will celebrate their eighth wedding anniversary on November 7.
