Social media star Kurt Coleman has shown off his incredible transformation after quitting alcohol after a ‘binge’ habit.
The 26-year-old shared before-and-after pictures on his Instagram Stories on Friday to reveal his new muscular physique after focusing on his health.
In the first photo taken in May, Kurt looked slimmer as he posed for a selfie in the mirror.
He then showed off his toned abs and muscular arms in a recent photo taken after focusing on his health journey.
“I didn’t stop and I trusted the process… and changed my life for the better.” It only goes up from here,” he wrote on the post.

Kurt has been sober for more than two years after being hospitalized after drinking one glass of wine, which led doctors to discover he had pancreatitis.
Since then, the social media star has been working on his health and says he’s the “happiest” he’s ever been.
“So many people laughed at me when I apparently lost who I was and I was really lost for a while,” he wrote on Facebook back in February.
“Especially the comments on this photo on the left – over 500 of them all making fun of how I look. I didn’t think it was funny at the time.’
He admitted he agreed he “didn’t look like himself” but said he ended up “getting sick not long after that.”

“Of course, when you grow up and become famous at 14, it’s a lot to take in and you get so confused about who everyone tells you to be and who you really are,” he said.
Kurt – who now shares regular photos of his body, which he describes as his “temple” – said he is now “the most me I’ve ever felt”.
“I am, healthy and proud of the person I have become.” I love life and everything around me. I have goals and so much motivation to keep going, live my dreams and make people laugh,” he wrote.
