Stranger Things and Squid Game set to lead thrilling reveals at Netflix Tudum 2022

Tudum is back — and the 2022 version of Netflix’s annual worldwide fan event looks set to be the biggest episode ever.
In an official trailer for this year’s free virtual event, Netflix revealed that some of its biggest shows and movies will be part of the 24-hour party, taking place on Saturday, September 24, and celebrating everything related to the world’s biggest streamer.
So, what can we expect to see in Tudum 2022? For starters, more news on Stranger Things Season 5, Squid Game Season 2 and The Witcher Season 3, featuring the trio of hugely successful Netflix shows set to make an appearance at the event.

However, Netflix is not only going to tell us more about those three TV series. Shadow and Bone Season 2, The Crown Season 5, The Umbrella Academy Season 4, Bridgerton, Money Heist, Heartstopper, and Alice in Borderland are all part of the proceedings, though it’s unclear in what capacity. We may be getting our first glimpses of Shadow and Bone and The Crown, while we’re sure to learn more about upcoming seasons in and spin-offs from the other five hit TV franchises.
On the movie side, Netflix is gearing up to bring its big guns to the party as well. Extraction 2, Enola Holmes 2, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, The Old Guard 2, Slumberland and many more Netflix movies will be screened at Tudum 2022. Expect to see the first trailers for the sequels to Extraction, Enola Holmes and The Old Guard, while we’ll be sure to learn more about Netflix’s other tentpole movies during the event.
Tudum 2022 also offers viewers other exclusive content. The event will reveal behind-the-scenes footage, cast interviews and exclusive news, as well as a new look at Netflix’s upcoming catalog of video games. In total, the public can hear more about 120 Netflix projects, spread across the different divisions.

Last year’s event — the first of its kind for Netflix — attracted 25 million viewers in 184 countries. It’s clear that Netflix wants to get bigger and bolder with the second iteration of its in-house virtual event, and the streaming giant is certainly stepping things up this time, with five events on four continents.
Starting Sept. 24 at 11 a.m. KST / 3 a.m. BST (Friday, Sept. 23 7 p.m. PT / 10 p.m. ET), Netflix will kick off the first of five global events that make up Tudum 2022. This part of the 24-hour live stream showcases some of the Korean movies and TV shows in development exclusively for Netflix.
Then, at 11 a.m. IST / 6:30 a.m. BST / 1:30 a.m. ET (10:30 p.m. PT on Friday, September 23), Netflix will reveal the latest on its Indian productions. After that, Netflix will kick off the US, UK and European portion of the Tudum showcase – this part of the presentation will begin at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST.
At 11:30 a.m. PT / 2:30 p.m. ET / 7:30 p.m. BST, the Latin American portion of Tudum 2022 begins, before the final episode on Netflix’s Japanese projects airs at 1:00 p.m. JST / 9:00 p.m. PT (12:00 p.m. AM ET / 5 AM BST on Sunday, September 25).
Some of the world’s greatest actors and directors will be in attendance to showcase the five fan events throughout Tudum 2022 – more than 200 talents will be in attendance – so fans will be sure to tune in to see who will be making an appearance.
