The Basic Instinct star posted her surprise cover of the new one Poes Poes magazine on social media on Friday morning.

The talented painter looked down as her cleavage was on display in a figure-hugging denim shirt that was sufficiently unbuttoned.

And she admitted that she isn’t often hired these days because of how she has to deal with the ongoing fallout from what happened to her.

“I now feel more comfortable saying publicly what really happened to me,” she said People magazine.

After her hospitalization, the Basic Instinct star was left with a “stutter” and “couldn’t see correctly.”

She also had memory loss, but it wasn’t just her health problems and lack of work options that were troubling her.

Sharon’s marriage to Phil Bronstein – with whom she adopted son Roan, now 23 – subsequently collapsed and they divorced in 2001, leaving her feeling like she had ‘lost everything’.

She still doesn’t think she’s “got most of it back,” but she’s at peace with it now.

She said: ‘I have lost everything. I’ve lost all my money. I have lost custody of my child. I lost my career. I’ve lost all those things that you think are your real identity and your life.

“I never really got most of it back, but I’ve reached a point where I’m okay with it, where I really realize that I am enough.”
