RICHARD EDEN: Dua Lipa sees her fortune rise by £154,000 a week by 2022 thanks to smart investments and a sold-out tour

Pop princess Dua Lipa is richer than most royals.

I can reveal that the London-born singer, 28, saw her fortune rise by £154,000 a week last year – thanks to some smart investments and her sell-out tour.

Net assets in her “artistic creation” company, Radical 22 Ltd, were almost £30 million, up from £21.7 million in 2021, according to reports published this week.

But it wasn’t just the money from her Future Nostalgia tour that helped her fortunes. She also saw the value of her share portfolio rise from £3 million to £13 million and bought a smart investment property near St Pancras Station for £1.5 million, the accounts said.

The company, which was called Dua Lipa Ltd until last year but was changed to Radical 22, channels income from royalties, live performances and investments.

Her 91-date tour ran from February to November last year and grossed more than £83 million and was seen by more than 1.3 million fans.

The New Rules singer is set to release her third studio album early next year – and is likely to see her fortunes rise even further.
