What is the release date of Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé?

Beyoncé has already announced the release date for Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé, and it will arrive exactly two months after her final show.

The Grammy winner will wrap up the tour on October 1 in Kansas City, but will wait until December 1 to release the film.

She hopes to take advantage of the Thanksgiving festivities with the film’s closing date on Saturday of that weekend.

It will wrestle with Disney’s The Bikeriders – also scheduled for December 1 – for box office success.

The film “highlights the journey of the Renaissance World Tour, from its inception to its opening in Stockholm, Sweden, to its finale in Kansas City, Missouri.”

The official description adds, “It’s about Beyoncé’s intention, hard work, involvement in every aspect of the production, her creative spirit and goal to create her legacy and master her craft.”

When will Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé tickets be available?

Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé has already started selling tickets and the film will be distributed worldwide by AMC Entertainment.

AMC moviegoers can purchase tickets to all U.S. AMC locations and can also find tickets at Cinemark, Regal, Cinepolis and Cineplex.

Prices start at $22 plus tax in the US, with Canada and Mexico also confirming they will screen the film in cinemas. Other global hosts will be announced later.

Beyoncé hopes for similar success with her film as Taylor Swift Deadline reported that the latter expects an opening of around $100 million.

And the Renaissance tour is already seeing record success as “the highest-grossing tour by a woman in the Boxscore archives,” according to Billboard.

It is estimated that the shows grossed $461.3 million.
