Gisele Bundchen opens up about life in Miami… three years after moving to Florida from New England: ‘Wherever the sun is, I feel happiest!’

Gisele Bundchen revealed that she has been doing well since moving to Florida in 2020 after her ex-husband began his stint with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

After years of braving snowy winters in Massachusetts, the 43-year-old supermodel opened up about how “fun” her life has been since putting down roots in Miami.

She also called spending time outdoors and in nature her “best wellness treatment.”

“Just feeling the sun, taking a dip in the ocean, running on the sand and feeling the grass on my feet,” she told People about how she stays in good health.

The mother of two continued: “Just being in nature gives you energy. It just makes you feel good.”

‘I love the sun. (Where) the sun is, I always feel the happiest,” she said. ‘The sun just makes you feel good. People say, ‘Oh, it’s so hot,’ but I say, ‘I love it.’ I like the heat.’

Earlier this month, she bought a $9.1 million home in Southwest Ranches, 30 miles northwest of Miami.

The beautiful nine-bedroom property, set in 7.5 hectares of land, comes with a full-size football pitch, tennis courts and a hot tub, according to TMZ.

Other amenities include an infinity pool and a state-of-the-art equestrian track with 10 large horse stalls, a hibachi grill, pizza oven, barbecue area and a wine refrigerator.

Her boyfriend’s sister-in-law, Joaquim Valente, reportedly “helped seal the deal.”

Prior to her divorce from Tom Brady last year, the best-selling author, who recently announced she had written a cookbook, quietly purchased an $11.5 million mansion in Miami Beach, directly across the street from his home.

Her latest purchase is sure to be a hit with her daughter Vivian, 10, who is often seen riding with her mother.

She and her ex-husband also share a 13-year-old son named Benjamin.

After her shock divorce from Brady, whom she shares with her son Benjamin, 13, and daughter Vivian, 10, Bundchen began overseeing the construction of a compound just minutes from his home.

Bundchen purchased the five-bedroom, 6,600-square-foot Miami Beach mansion on Oct. 6, just weeks before the couple finalized their divorce.

She first viewed the mansion on August 16, just days before the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback took an 11-day break from playing in the NFL, a source told Page Six. The split was a last-ditch effort to save the relationship, it was reported.

“Gisele was actively looking at houses in Miami Beach even before Tom took his hiatus from the NFL, indicating she was already done with the marriage and moving on,” the source revealed.

Bündchen’s reported new digs are in Surfside, while Brady’s mansion is on the waterfront of Biscayne Bay.

‘You could literally swim from Gisele’s house to Tom’s – not that they would do that – but both houses will have a jetty, so it would be very easy for them to co-care with their children while living so close together.’ , the source added. .

The property features soaring 80-foot ceilings, a large outdoor pool, home theater, gym, several terraces and views of the waterway and Indian Creek Island.

The two had the goal of building a forever home for themselves and their children in the Indian Creek Country Club community in Miami.

Tom and Gisele finalized their divorce in October after 13 years of marriage and have agreed to joint custody of the children, according to E! News.

“The decision to end a marriage is never an easy one, but we have grown apart and while it is of course difficult to go through something like this, I feel blessed for the time we have had together and I only wish it best to Tom,” the Brazilian beauty wrote in a statement.

For weeks, there has been speculation that the couple divorced as a result of Brady’s decision to return to work.

He announced his retirement in February, but reversed it a month later.

Rumor had it that Gisele, who largely put her modeling career on the back burner to travel with Brady and live with him and their children in Boston, was disappointed by the decision.

She was seen meeting with spiritual healers in Miami in recent weeks and in September, she said Elle magazine: ‘Now it’s my turn.’

She told the publication in an interview in September that accusations that the split was caused by her desire to see him retire had sexist undertones. ‘Of course I have my concerns. This is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I wish he had more of a presence,” she explained.

“I’ve certainly had those conversations with him over and over again. But ultimately, I believe everyone should make a decision that works for them. He must also follow his joy.”

Tom followed with his and said, “We have come to this decision to end our marriage after much consideration. That is of course painful and difficult, just like it is for many people who experience the same thing every day all over the world.’
