Florence Pugh goes braless under a white shirt and continues to show off her spiky bleached hairstyle while attending Paris Fashion Week

Florence Pugh looked stylish as she attended day six of Paris Fashion Week on Saturday morning.

The acclaimed actress kept it classy and went braless under a simple open white shirt, which she paired with a white tank top and black wide-leg trousers.

The 27-year-old wasn’t afraid to change up her look when she famously shaved off her golden locks for a buzzcut style in May.

The star has since experimented with the grow-out period and she oozed confidence as she strutted around Paris in her current bleached white spiky cut.

Florence’s hair left it untamed and looked sloppily stylish as she stepped out into the French capital.

She completed the look with a pair of quirky over-the-top sunglasses with wide frames and chunky gold jewelry.

Carrying her essentials in a black leather handbag adorned with silver rock-chic gemstones, she opted for chunky white sneakers as her footwear choice.

Florence seemed in good spirits as she grinned from ear to ear and waved to passersby.

Last July, Florence faced criticism after wearing a bright pink dress with exposed nipples to the Valentino Haute Couture show in Rome, but the star has since opened up about how she accepts her body and feels comfortable and happy in her own skin.

Speaking to her friend and fellow actress Jodie Turner-Smith in an interview for the October issue of ELLE magazine, the star confessed: ‘I don’t try to hide the cellulite on my thigh.’

She said: ‘I talk the way I talk about my body because I’m not trying to hide the cellulite on my thigh or the squid between my arm and my breasts: I’d much rather bare it all.

“The scariest thing for me is when people are angry because I showed ‘too much’ of myself.”

Discussing the Valentino dress controversy she explained why she thinks people reacted so disgustedly.

‘When everything went wrong with the pink Valentino dress a year ago, my nipples were visible through a piece of fabric, and that really turned people on.

‘It’s freedom that people fear; the fact that I feel comfortable and happy. Suppressing women by commenting on their bodies has worked for a long time.

“I think we’re in a situation now where a lot of people are saying, ‘I don’t care.’ Unfortunately, we have become so afraid of the human body that we can’t even look at my two tiny, cute nipples behind fabric in a way that isn’t sexual.

“We must continue to remind everyone that there is more than one reason why women’s bodies exist.”

Paris Fashion Week started on Monday and runs until October 3. 107 brands will present themselves, of which 67 will give catwalk shows.

One of the first big names was Pierre Cardin, who returns to the official Paris line-up this year for the first time in a quarter of a century.

The show was full of retro space-age outfits that harked back to the glory days, but the family members of Cardin, who died in 2020, are currently tearing each other apart in court over the legacy.

“My uncle gave me the mission to continue the house and its style,” Rodrigo Basilicati-Cardin, who currently oversees the label, said backstage.

‘If the brand is sold, that’s the end of the house. “I am confident that the court decisions will ensure continuity,” he added.

One of the other highlights so far was Dior’s latest collection on Tuesday, with the walls of the show plastered with faux sexist slogans from old advertisements, such as ‘Save your marriage – get the ironing done’.

The collection from Maria Grazia Chiuri, who recently dressed Queen Camilla for her state dinner at Versailles, was a largely monochrome affair with comfortable, breezy pieces alongside straight masculine jackets, pleated skirts and lots of knitwear.

Two final shows for two major designers were also part of Paris Fashion Week.

Gabriela Hearst leaves Chloe after less than three years. Her focus on sustainable fashion was widely praised, but did not provide a major boost to sales.

It will also be the last show for Sarah Burton, who took over at Alexander McQueen after the founder’s suicide in 2010.
