Danika Mason returns to the Immortal Behavior NRL podcast with Andrew Johns after calling off wedding to Todd Liubinskas
Danika Mason seemed in good spirits as she bravely returned to her podcast for the first time since news broke that she had called off her engagement to Todd Liubinskas.
The Channel Nine sports presenter canceled her wedding to Liubinskas earlier this month – just four weeks after the big day.
But Mason didn’t let her personal life issues affect her work when she appeared in Immortal Behavior with Andrew Johns.

Todd Liubiskas (pictured left) used a family member as a mediator for his estranged ex to ask for the engagement ring back within days of the split.
The TV personality, who didn’t wear her engagement ring for the podcast, beamed as she analyzed the latest NRL news with Johns ahead of the weekend’s grand final.
She even found time to joke about the possibility of Johns presenting a weather forecast naked.
There was no mention of Mason’s heartbreak on the podcast.
It comes after Daily Mail Australia revealed Liubinskas asked Mason to return her diamond engagement ring to fiancé Todd Liubinskas after her sudden death canceled their wedding.
Mason has called off her wedding to the Bondi-based personal trainer just weeks before the October 27 ceremony was due to take place at the Greystone Estate in the NSW Hunter Valley.
“(The third party) insisted that she not discuss the split publicly with the media and asked her to give the ring back,” a source close to the Mason camp said.
In the aftermath of the split, Mason has holed up in their South Maroubra home with the couple’s chocolate Labrador Charlie, while Liubinskas has taken refuge in his parents’ home in Sydney’s west.
Mason has found alternative plans for what she will do on the day of her wedding.
Yvonne O’Keefe – better known as Yvonne Sampson – will join Danika Mason on a girls’ trip to Bali next month on what should have been her wedding day
Mason plans a special getaway to Bali with Fox Footy presenter Yvonne Sampson the week the wedding was due to take place.
The pair are close friends and previously celebrated O’Keefe’s bachelorette party together in the US in 2018.
The exact reason for Mason and Liubinskas’ split is unclear as the media world is ablaze with conflicting and unconfirmed rumors about what happened.
What is known for sure is that Liubinskas wanted the engagement ring back because it was considered a family heirloom.
The ring itself was a custom piece designed by acclaimed Sydney jeweler Sam Rahme.
Before reports of a split, the Nine presenter appeared on the Sunday Footy show without her engagement ring.

Daily Mail Australia previously revealed the couple would tie the knot in a star-studded wedding at the lavish Greystone Estate venue at the end of October.
The picturesque venue, set on 4 hectares along an olive tree-lined driveway, is ‘specifically designed for hosting lavish events’.
A post on the venue’s official Instagram account promoted the sudden vacancy as a last-minute opportunity for last-minute couples
‘A rare opportunity has become available to celebrate your wedding at Greystone Estate – with a 50% discount!’ said an advertisement obtained by Daily Mail.
The wedding’s last-minute cancellation undoubtedly came as a surprise to many of the couple’s celebrity guests.

Sportscaster colleagues James Bracey and Clint Stanaway were expected to attend, plus Liubinskas’ close friend and 440 Run Club co-founder Trent Knox.
The wedding was to be officiated by Seven News reporter and wedding celebrant Grace Fitzgibbon, the daughter of retired federal Labor MP Joel Fitzgibbon.
Mason and Liubinska’s couple had been engaged for two years after Liubinskas popped the question in July 2021.
Mason remained tight-lipped when contacted by Daily Mail Australia this week.
She was noticeably absent on Wednesday evening at the evening of rugby competitions, the Dally M Awards.
However, Mason is expected to return to TV screens for the NRL Grand Final on Sunday.
