Laura Anderson has admitted to fans that her new baby Bonnie is the doppelgänger of partner Gary Lucy.
The Love Island star was flooded with comments after she shared recent photos of the newborn on her Instagram as she registered Bonnie’s birth on Wednesday.
Posting a selection of photos of herself and her daughter from the momentous day, fans flocked to the comments section as they pointed out the resemblance between Bonnie and her father.
One fan wrote: ‘She’s her dad’s doppelgänger’ before adding: ‘He couldn’t look more like him if she tried. Poor Laura, after carrying her for nine months!’
Still, Laura insisted the similarity doesn’t bother her, as she replied with a series of laughing emojis, writing: “I don’t mind.”

She even added that Bonnie looked pretty much the same as Gary’s mother and Sadie, eight, one of his other four children with now ex-wife Natasha Gray.
Another commented: ‘How beautiful, I have to say Laura I really like her dad and her siblings ❤️❤️ xx’.
To which Laura replied: ‘yes I think it is Sadie and Gary’s mother’.
A third added: “Congratulations, she looks so much like her dad in these pics, his mini me x.”
The former flight attendant announced that Bonnie is officially registered and also called Gary “the baby whisperer” in a recent post.
Sharing photos of herself with Bonnie in her arms, Laura told fans in her latest post: ‘Bonnie is officially registered. Mommy and daddy love you so much.”
Things haven’t been smooth sailing for Laura and Gary, but the pair appear to be putting on a united front after the baby’s birth.
The couple met on Celebs Go Dating last year, but they split shortly after Laura announced she was expecting again in February.

But Laura shut down any response to such rumors in the caption, which she wrote from Bonnie’s point of view.
She wrote: ‘Hello everyone, my name is Bonnie Rose Lucy Anderson. I was born on 02/09/23 at 6:03 am and weighed 6.10 pounds.
‘My mom and dad are so happy and in love with me, this is our first week together.
“I’m sorry it took a while to introduce myself, I hurt my mom a little and scared my dad too (oops), we’re all recovering well at home now.”
Laura concluded the post’s caption with: ‘Please don’t doubt my mom and dad about their relationship. This…is all about me.”

Gary, meanwhile, shared part of his ‘daddy diary’ with fans as he responded to Laura’s Baby Whisperer comment.
He showed a piece of paper with a series of handwritten notes reminding himself that at 12:20 he had boiled breast milk and prepared the formula to the necessary measurements and was ready at 1:33 am when ‘Bonnie is sleeping’ and then he could be ready and then go home and eat his chips.
