Last week, news broke that the couple is selling their lavish home in Lake Como, Italy.
According to the Italian magazine, the actor has reportedly listed the villa with a real estate agent in Milan Oggi.
Previous reports incorrectly claimed that the Hollywood icon was selling the house, but real estate agent Yasemin Baysal assured the publication that “it’s true this time.” People reported.
The price of the lakeside estate is estimated at $100 million.
Clooney is said to have bought the house – called Villa Oleandra – from the Heinz family in 2002, via The Washington Post.
It was also reported that the filmmaker’s presence on Lake Como caused a real estate boom, doubling the prices of properties in the area.
The Wall Street Journal reported that Clooney subsequently purchased a nearby home, making it “one of the largest private residences in the area.”
Lake Como holds sentimental value for the Hollywood heartthrob as he and Amal met there in 2013 when she dropped by for dinner with mutual friends.
