Bus bursts into flames on Sydney Harbor Bridge
A bus has caught fire on the Sydney Harbor Bridge, causing chaos.
The bus caught fire shortly after 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
The fire has now been extinguished, according to NSW Police.
The incident has led to major traffic delays, with motorists in the city urged to exercise caution.
“There are no lane closures, but emergency services and traffic crews are in attendance. Traffic is slowing, so expect some delays,” said an alert from Sydney Traffic Live.
At the time, Channel Nine did a live crossover with NRL and NRLW players for the Today show on top of the Sydney Harbor Bridge.
