Ben Affleck was seen in light suits on Tuesday afternoon with a black backpack slung over his shoulder as he made his way to an office in the Santa Monica neighborhood of Los Angeles.

This marks the first time the 50-year-old actor has been seen since his ex-wife Jennifer Garner wore a diamond eternity band while shopping at the weekend. The jewelry may belong to her 44-year-old beau John Miller.

Affleck has started a new life since his former fiancé Jennifer Lopez’s wedding in Georgia in August, which means he’s also wearing a new band.

Ben looked comfortable in a light blue shirt that wasn’t tucked in and cream pants with a belt.

The Argo star added cream sneakers with a maroon line on the sole, while adding a silver bracelet on his wrist to match his silver-rimmed sunglasses.

The star had a black backpack slung over his shoulder and he was carrying what looked like a can of Coca-Cola.

The Tender Bar shares son Sam, 10, and daughters Violet, 16, and Seraphina, 13, with ex Garner.

There is speculation whether the diamond-encrusted ring Garner wore on Sunday was a gift from her friend Miller.

The entrepreneur is a divorced father of two, Violet and Quest, who he shares with his ex-wife, violinist Caroline Campbell, 42.

She is believed to have been in a relationship with the Caliburger founder since 2018, although they rarely appear in public together.

This sighting comes after Lopez said she feels like she’s in “heaven” with Affleck.

The 53-year-old star and Ben married in a spectacular ceremony in Georgia in August, and Jennifer has talked about her marriage in her latest On The JLo newsletter.

Speaking of her wedding reception, Jennifer — who was engaged to Ben in the early 2000s — shared, “The truth is, everyone’s story is different and we all have our ways of traveling. No two people are the same.
