Brooke Baker: Bizarre twist in case of western Sydney escort who filmed a client performing a sex act on her before sending it to his fiancée

EXCLUSIVE

An escort who filmed a client performing a sex act on her without his knowledge before sending it to his fiancée two months later claims the man is now stalking her.

Brooke Ariel Grace Baker, 31, said the man, who she met through escortsandbabes.com.au, unblocked her on social media and started bombarding her online.

“He unblocks me on TikTok and votes on a poll I put on my story,” Baker told Daily Mail Australia.

‘He contacts me every now and then and sends things by email saying, ‘I miss my best friend’.’

The man filed for a restraining order against Baker in October after he and his fiancée received an anonymous email with a video of him performing oral sex on her last August.

After the couple received the video, they reported the matter to police, who issued an assault warrant to protect the man from Baker.

With consent, Baker claims he was aware he was being filmed and was paid for the intimate footage.

“It was sent from a random email, so they (victim) automatically assume I did it,” she said.

‘He makes eye contact with the camera several times, he knew he was being filmed.’

She said the man booked her several times a day and that they were “inseparable” at the time the recording was made.

“He ruined my life and has no remorse, and everyone now thinks I’m a psycho escort… and I don’t even escort anymore.”

However, despite her legal troubles, she has vowed ‘never to escort again’.

The backlash since the saga was made public has led to Baker being forced to quit what she calls her “dream job” at a local league club.

“I was trained in bar gaming, events and competition club events,” she said.

“They said they didn’t want that kind of influence in the club.”

Baker was previously found guilty of two charges of deliberately recording an intimate image without consent, despite not appearing in court.

Baker told Daily Mail Australia she could not afford legal representation and was instructed by her lawyer to plead guilty.

“To be honest, I pleaded guilty just to get it over with and not expect the crap to be in the news… I can’t afford the lawyers to sort this out.”

The couple connected in 2018 through an online escort service.

The man booked Baker, who used the alias ‘Amelia’, and the pair arranged to meet at the Meriton Suites in Parramatta.

However, Baker denies his version of events and says they actually met on Valentine’s Day 2022.

“He booked me three times that day and we became inseparable,” she said.

The relationship reportedly soured when the victim stopped booking her services or answering her calls.

The court heard months later that she saw him stop at traffic lights at an intersection and get into his car where the pair argued, while Baker only left after telling her he was driving to a police station.

She then sent him 244 text messages and made 87 calls to his phone in one evening without him answering. After she was found guilty of recording the video, an AVO was issued preventing her from contacting him.

But Baker now also disputes this and says that in both cases there was ‘another escort’, and not her.

‘Several times he promised that he would leave her (his fiancée). “He has several escorts trying to make him a boyfriend, but I’m the only one turning the heat,” she said.

Baker remains on bail and her cases are scheduled to appear in court on October 24.
