A woman who lost 65 pounds has revealed the at-home ab workout that helped her tone her ‘mother dog’ – and the whole routine only takes 12 minutes.

Michelle, an influencer known as @michworksouthas over 823,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares tips on fitness and eating on a low-carb, high-fat ketogenic diet.

The content creator recently went viral after demonstrating the workouts she did to strengthen her abdomen after starting her weight loss journey six years ago.

Michelle showed off her toned abs before the video cut to a shot of her before she completed her transformation.

Michelle does each exercise for 30 seconds and repeats the sequence three times with 90-second breaks

  3. Fluttering kicks
  4. Mountain climbers
  5. Straight pipe toe taps
  6. Bent leg raises

She noted in the on-screen text that she does each of the six exercises for 30 seconds and repeats the sequence three times with 90-second breaks in between.

Michelle started her workout with standing knee-to-elbow crunches, alternating sides until it was time to move on to the next move.

She then lay down on a mat and did a series of straight leg movements, placing her hands under her buttocks for support.

The fitness guru remained in that position as he performed a round of flutter kicks.

After she finished, she turned into a plank of burning mountain climbers for 30 seconds.

The mother completed the sequence with a 30-second bow-legged lap.

“I’ve had so many messages saying this workout worked for them too, so if you haven’t tried it yet, here it is,” she wrote in the caption.

The video has been viewed more than 800,000 times and received dozens of comments since it was posted on September 11.

Michelle answered questions from viewers, including how often she does her ab workout.

She explained that she does it about once or twice a week to keep her stomach toned, but she noted that the exercises alone don’t burn belly fat.

“It takes a good diet to really lose the fat,” she wrote. “These have helped me get toned and toned.”

Michelle said she started seeing “big changes” four weeks into the routine.

She also recommended switching to 45-second intervals if the sequence starts to feel too easy.
