The actor, 52, looked typically smart in a black suit for the star-studded event hosted by Stella Artois.
He completed his look with a black button-up shirt underneath and wore patent leather shoes.
The Mars star looked in good spirits as he posed on the red carpet alongside his beloved wife Luciana, 47.
The furniture designer showed off her ageless physique in a figure-hugging red dress.

The former bartender carried the essentials in a black clutch and accessorized with dazzling tassel earrings.
She wore a glamorous makeup palette with eyeliner and a bold red lipstick to top it off.
Luciana styled her chocolate locks in an elegant updo, leaving some strands down to frame her beautiful features.
The couple looked radiant as they hit the red carpet at the event and were spotted capturing a slew of poses for the camera.
Matt was also captured posing with other famous friends, including Ludacris, Jeremy Allen White and Zoe Saldana, who were also in attendance.

Rapper and actor Ludacris, 46, looked stylish in a red and black graphic blazer jacket and wore a shiny gold chain.
Meanwhile, Jeremy, 32, wore a gray knitted top and black blazer, as well as matching trousers.
The A-list actors are all part of the beer brand’s latest campaign.
The four stars reunited after working together in the Big Apple in March while filming a commercial for the drinks line.
Water.org, the non-profit organization Matt co-founded to help increase access to water in underserved areas, has worked with Stella Artois on charitable initiatives in the past and Thursday night’s event was in support of this.
A May press release announced that the long-standing beer company would host a special event for its Let’s Do Dinner campaign.
According to the statement, the ad is intended to “inspire people to come together to eat, drink and connect over a delicious meal and good conversation.”
In the commercial, the quartet of actors wanted to name who each of their dream dinner guests would be.
Commenting on the collaboration, Saldana said: “I am happy to collaborate with Stella Artois for the Let’s Do Dinner campaign. I love spending time with friends and family, especially over a good meal, and I can’t wait to host this event and have the opportunity to spend time with fans.
It will be a special evening and a good reminder that meals are a very important part of human connection.”
