Biohacker Bryan Johnson reveals he wears a device on his PENIS every night to measure how many erections he gets

A Californian tech mogul who has spent millions on bizarre anti-aging treatments has revealed he now wears a device on his penis to measure nighttime erections.

Bryan Johnson, 46, has made headlines for his all-out quest to live forever, which includes swapping blood with his father and teenage son, guzzling down 80 vitamins and minerals a day and eating 30 pounds of pureed vegetables a month.

The regimen, which costs about $2 million a year, also involves wearing a small device on his penis that resembles an Apple AirPods case with a turquoise band around it, to keep his sex drive as close as possible to that of an 18 year old to get.

He believes this measure of sexual function could help predict other health outcomes, such as cardiovascular fitness.

“I have an erection of a certain quality for an average of two hours and 12 minutes a night,” Mr Johnson said. Time magazine.

“If you’re 18, that would be three hours and thirty minutes.”

Last month, Mr Johnson tweeted an update on his ‘penis rejuvenation project’, stating that his current erection age is 49 years. He also measured his erection hardness score (EHS), a self-scored measure approved by the American Urological Association that helps patients measure erectile stiffness. Scores range from 1 to 4, with 4 being completely difficult. Mr. Johnson gave himself a 4.

He also gave himself a score of 25 on the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF), indicating that he does not have erectile dysfunction.

He has previously said that he uses shockwave therapy on his penis to get more erections that resemble those of a teenager. He believes this improves the function of his pelvic floor, leading to more erections.

Mr Johnson made millions from his online payments platform Braintree, which generated almost $5 million in revenue in just three years. In 2012, profits soared with Braintree’s $26 million acquisition of Venmo, and the following year it was bought by PayPal for $800 million.

He has since built a company focused on improving the quality and access to high-tech brain scans intended to detect impending diseases early, bringing him a mountain of revenue for his health efforts, such as a blood plasma exchange with his son.

In a now-deleted blood exchange, Mr. Johnson's 17-year-old son, Talmage (left), donated his juvenile blood to his father (right), who in turn donated plasma to his 70-year-old father, Richard.

Mr. Johnson’s name has become synonymous with the biohacking movement that has taken hold among business titans like him, who have embraced unconventional health techniques, based on biology and technology, that aim to improve physical health.

Some common biohacking methods include wearable devices that monitor vital landmarks such as a smartwatch, nootropics or other drugs that boost cognitive function, and red light therapy to improve skin health.

Biohacking can also mean experimenting with meditation and mindfulness exercises and optimizing diet and exercise routines.

Mr Johnson said anything that accelerates aging, such as eating a biscuit or getting less than eight hours of sleep, is an “act of violence”.

In addition to consuming 80 vitamins and minerals a day, eating 30 pounds of pureed vegetables a month, working out for an hour with 25 different exercises, Mr. Johnson follows a strict 1,977 calorie diet and has taken more than 33,000 photos of the inside of his body. his intestines.

A team of more than thirty doctors routinely measures his blood, heart, liver, kidneys, brain, blood vessels and sexual health. He claims he now has the heart of a 37-year-old, the skin of a 28-year-old and the fitness of an 18-year-old.

“I have no plans to die at the moment,” he previously told DailyMail.com.

Mr. Johnson’s quest for eternal youth began after a messy divorce with the mother of his three children. He found himself 60 pounds overweight, so depressed that he had suicidal thoughts, and experiencing violent mood swings.

“There was another Bryan, who I call ‘Evening Bryan,’ and he was supposed to show up right at 7 p.m. He’d say, ‘Hey, you had a great day… why don’t you celebrate tonight and eat pizza and cookies, and tomorrow we’re going to train really hard?'” Mr. Johnson said.

‘Then I woke up fat, didn’t sleep well, depressed.

‘It took me years to remove that inner demon. I learned to recognize him, and I said, ‘Thanks, evening Bryan, but that’s not going to happen. We know what happens when we eat too much and don’t feel good… so no.’

Mr. Johnson did not specify exactly how the device increases the number of erections he gets, or how much it costs.

Shockwave therapy, on the other hand, involves applying low-frequency vibrations to the genital area, which increases blood flow to the penis and produces more erections.

Mr. Johnson did not say how long he plans to continue wearing the device at night or when he expects to see the desired results.
