In late August, she shared the results of her upper eyelid surgery on her Instagram Stories.

The reality star posted three videos, two of which showed her eyes beforehand and one showing the results right after Dr. Siamak Agha took “an inch” of skin from her upper eyelids.

The star has already undergone a facelift, liposuction and used Ozempic’s help to lose weight.

In the first clip, Emily was photographed at the doctor’s office in a surgical gown, with indicators on her eyelids.

She explained that she decided to have the surgery after recently noticing that when she took photos, “you couldn’t see my eyes anymore.”

Dr Agha then explained to his followers the details of the operation and how it will have a “significant impact” on his appearance.

“I hope in the photos you can see my eyes now, that’s the point,” Emily added.

She also promised her fans that she would follow up once her eyes were completely healed, to show them the final results.

The plastic surgeon revealed that the healing time from the operation is “less than two weeks.”

He told her she couldn’t wear makeup for about seven to eight days, which wasn’t ideal for Emily who shared she was having a party “in two days.”

“I have impeccable timing,” she joked.

“I’m going to wear sunglasses all night,” she added.

The star then returned to Instagram after the procedure was complete, and she had replaced her surgical gown with a black hoodie.

“I’m done, so this is the final look,” she said while looking into the camera, with stitches visible on her upper eyelids.

The doctor revealed the operation went “very well” and he removed an inch of skin for a “cleaner, tighter” look, which Emily was delighted with.

“I like sharp, tight words,” she added, “When you’re 47, there’s not much that’s crisp and tight.” Everything starts to sag and fall. So crisp and tight, it’s good.

She later admired her results, saying she could already “see a big difference” despite the bruising and swelling.

At the end of the clip, the doctor revealed that Emily was awake for the operation and added: “I was bored.” I didn’t feel anything, you feel a little pressure, but no pain.

In June, Emily revealed she used Ozempic to explain how exactly she achieved her newly slimmed-down figure.

Simpson’s incredible weight loss transformation hasn’t gone unnoticed by fans, and the attorney explained how she achieved her new look during an appearance on Jeff Lewis Live.

She revealed she had used the popular diabetes drug, which has recently been favored by celebrities as a weight loss aid, for a month.

She lost 5 to 7 pounds on the drug before stopping using it and then undergoing liposuction and breast reduction. Today, Simpson says she is the “healthiest” she’s ever been.

The Bravo star said her weight loss journey began after a producer sent her a photo of herself following four months of poor sleeping, eating and exercise habits.

After losing weight, Emily also underwent a face and neck lift to accentuate her jawline.

“When we finished filming I had a sort of mental breakdown…I don’t know what happened, I think I had a hard four months during filming and I ate too much , drank too much, and I just didn’t eat.” “I didn’t get enough sleep, I didn’t exercise.”

After Emily received the photo, she was forced to lose weight after being unable to recognize herself in the photo.

“He sent me a picture of me on the green screen, and I remember thinking, ‘Who is that?’ I didn’t even know it was me. And it really made me depressed, I knew I had gained weight, I didn’t like the way I looked.

“So I went to the doctor, had a full blood test, my cholesterol was high, I had no testosterone, I was pre-diabetic. So she said, “Why don’t you take semaglutide?” » Who is Ozempic. So I did it. I did it in December.

She also revealed that she had liposuction on her arms and had a breast reduction and lift.

“In January I had liposuction on my arms and a breast reduction,” she said.

She added: “And then when I healed from that and came out of it eight weeks later or whatever, I looked completely different…I felt like it was just a huge difference in my overall appearance just having slimmer arms and smaller chest.’

Emily said she was “so inspired” by seeing the results in her arms that she began adopting a significantly healthier diet.

“I just took a completely different route with food. I became very conscious of what I was eating. I completely changed my diet. I eat mostly protein, very few carbs, and work out 6-7 days a week.
