NRL star Mitchell Moses is hoping to sell a luxury development in Sydney for $3.3 million

A stunning luxury Sydney development owned by NRL star Mitchell Moses has hit the market with the eye-watering price tag of $3.3 million.

Located in Gladesvlle, 10km from the CBD, the 790 sqm corner block has been approved for a duplex, with an estimated construction cost of $1.14 million.

Each of the individual homes will feature four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a swimming pool and a two-car garage.

The site is currently occupied by a classic 1940s brick house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms that the Parramatta Eels hero bought in 2020 for $1.8 million. The Daily Telegraph.

Moses, 29, has been renting out the house ever since. It is now on the rental market for $1100 per week.

Meanwhile, the footy star is hoping to score off-market sales for his ultra-modern and architect-created project.

Plans for the site include sculpted street-facing gardens, a modular exterior design and chic lighting.

There are also plans for an outdoor dining enclave and entertainment deck.

It comes after the top gun halfback recently completed renovations to his family home.

The father-of-one bought the Federation-style home in Ryde in 2021 for $2.8 million and put it on the auction block in August for $2.95 million, but it has since been off the market as there were no buyers.

The house has a bean-shaped swimming pool, which has been refreshed with new screens and stones.

There is an open plan living room with a fireplace and luxurious oak floors, while the stone kitchen has a butler’s pantry.

The house has three bedrooms, including a main residence with a large 3.7 by 3 meter walk-in wardrobe – which was previously a bedroom.

Moses joins a number of footy players who have entered the property renovation market, with a number of stars making a career out of it after NRL.

The Parramatta star welcomed daughter Aspyn with fiancée Bri Gardoni last year, but missed the birth while playing in a preliminary final for the Eels in North Queensland.
