A man has been arrested after a woman was found dead in a home in Melbourne’s western suburbs.
Emergency services were called to a house on Sutherland Avenue in Melton South at around 1.30pm on Monday.
The body of a woman was found in the building.

A local resident told the Herald Sun that they saw officers arrest a man who was ‘covered in blood’.
Police cordoned off Sutherland Avenue and nearby roads.
