NYPD oral surgeon Gabriel Hershman SUED for talking relentlessly about his TINY penis and forcing his driver to watch him rub his crotch
A New York City oral surgeon has been accused by his driver of sexual harassment, including attempting to force him to look at his penis while stroking it as he was driven around.
Driver Christopher Jackson, 43, has filed a lawsuit in Brooklyn Supreme Court against 40-year-old Dr. Gabriel Hershman, an oral surgeon for the NYPD.
Jackson was hired as Dr.’s personal driver in April 2022. Hershman and would take him to and from his home in Queens to his office in Brooklyn, along with several other routes, including trips to his Jewish studies class and various coffee shops.
But just two months after taking on the role of Hershman’s driver, Jackson, who lives in Brooklyn, left his job at Hershman’s medical practice in June over the alleged ongoing sexual harassment.
The lawsuit details disturbing cases of harassment, including Dr. Hershman who repeatedly discussed the size of his own genitals, which he was reportedly obsessive about – and he mentioned it at least four times a week.

Hershman “began talking about the small size of his penis,” which “became an obsessive topic of conversation as he mentioned how he wished he could add inches to it,” the complaint alleges.
In one conversation he is said to have expressed a desire to make himself bigger.
Dr. Hershman also allegedly revealed personal information about his unsatisfactory sex life with his wife and made inappropriate jokes about Jackson’s sex life, including offensive comments about a motel they stopped at.
In the filing, he said it was the kind of place where “a fat n****r named Shanequa would come to your room and sit on your face… you know that’s what you want.”
The dentist also allegedly asked Jackson to watch him behave explicitly, making suggestive noises.

When Jackson refused, Dr. Hershman made eye contact through the rearview mirror while “making moaning noises and saying he was about to ejaculate.”
Jackson repeatedly asked for such conversations to stop, but Dr. Hershman persisted, which eventually led to Jackson’s resignation.
Jackson “would continually request that these conversations cease,” the lawsuit said.
Jackson made his dismay and fear about the situation clear to the New York Post.
“There is no human being who is trying to work hard to make a living who should have had to endure that kind of treatment and I think it is absolutely appalling,” he told the newspaper.
“He didn’t care,” Jackson said. “He has money and his father has money and he thinks this will save them from everything.”
He also emphasized the significant balance of power, with Dr.’s financial resources and social status. Hershman further complicated the situation.
“He walks around like he’s a model citizen in his religious community, in the business community and also in the New York City Police Department,” Jackson said.
‘I hope he is held accountable. I hope he doesn’t do that to anyone else.’
In an attempt to stop the harassment, Jackson made a recording of the misconduct and confronted Dr. Hershman. The doctor did not deny the allegations, but instead apologized and claimed it was just “locker room talk.”
“Just because we’re in the car doesn’t mean we’re not still in a work environment,” Jackson told Dr. Hershman. “I will not allow myself to be subjected to this any longer,” Jackson told him.
Jackson, who was there every day from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. to see Dr. Hershman driving around in his Cadillac Escalade emphasized the importance of maintaining professionalism, even in an automotive environment.
Jackson is now filing a lawsuit against Dr. Hershman, his father and their medical practice, seeking unspecified damages for a hostile work environment and unpaid overtime.
Jackson’s attorney, Jon Bell, emphasized that sexual harassment takes many forms and is not limited to specific genders or actions, while condemning Dr. Hershman as a flagrant convict.
“Just talking to one of your subordinates in a highly sexual manner is a violation,” Bell said. “Chris was right to feel very uncomfortable.”
“All Jackson is doing is trying to support himself and his family during these difficult times and the arrogance of this doctor to turn around and treat Chris like this, not only with blatant statements but also treating him unfairly with the height of wages. …it’s really an egregious thing,” Bell explained.
Dr.’s lawyer Hershman, Jason Zoldessy, suggested Jackson had mental health issues and made up the accusations after he was told he was being fired.
‘When confronted with his dismissal, he made up this salacious story. Our clients intend to aggressively fight the claims,” Zoldessy said.
Jackson’s attorney, Bell, has dismissed such claims as false and has expressed a willingness to address them in court.
‘We find it unbelievable that Dr. Hershman, instead of taking responsibility for his heinous behavior, is now trying to spin the story that Mr. Jackson was somehow fired,” Bell said. “We look forward to addressing this in court. ‘
So far, Dr. Hershman did not comment on the allegations.
