Ian Wright, 59, makes a VERY surprising career move as the former footballer hits the catwalk at the Labrum London show during LFW
He is famous for playing for Arsenal and Crystal Palace before hanging up his boots and becoming a sports pundit.
But Ian Wright made another surprising career move this week when he took to the catwalk during London Fashion Week on Saturday.
The 59-year-old cut a very stylish figure as he strutted his stuff at the Labrum London show at the city’s chic Four Seasons Hotel.
Ian oozed confidence as he modeled a dark blue suit with a fitted double-breasted blazer and smart trousers.
The look was worn over a teal polo shirt and given an extra cool touch with a quirky baseball cap and Adidas sneakers.

Labram London is a menswear brand that describes itself as a combination of West African and Western heritage.
Ian took to Instagram to share a montage of his day, from morning rehearsals to the catwalk and later celebrating with his fellow models at the after-party.

Since 2002 he has also occasionally appeared as a commentator on BBC’s Match Of The Day.
It comes after a Conservative councilor who called Arsenal legend Ian a ‘typical black hypocrite’ over his support for Gary Lineker is being investigated for her comments.
Alexis McEvoy, from Hampshire, has said she ‘deeply regrets’ the wording of her social media post but claimed it was taken ‘out of context’.
It came after Lineker was taken off air by BBC bosses over his comments on the government’s anti-illegal immigration bill – leading to Ian and other pundits refusing to appear on Match of the Day in solidarity.

Councilor McEvoy made the comment while responding to a tweet mockingly calling Wright ‘Mr Solidarity’ for not supporting Matt Le Tissier’s departure from Sky Sports in 2020 following his Covid rants.
Cllr McEvoy retweeted the message on her Twitter account, which had 500 followers, adding the phrase ‘A typical black hypocrite’ alongside an angry devil emoji.
The councilor, who represents Fawley, Blackfield and Langley on New Forest District Council, and South Waterside on Hampshire County Council, has since apologised.
In a statement from the county’s Conservative group, Cllr McEvoy said: ‘I am aware that a tweet I sent and subsequently deleted has been offensive.
‘It was not my intention and I am deeply sorry.

‘I find racism in any form abhorrent, which is why I have reported myself to the supervisor of both Hampshire County Council and New Forest District Council and have suspended myself from both the Conservative groups at New Forest District Council and Hampshire County Council, pending investigation. ‘
The tweet, posted Saturday afternoon, was a repost of another post criticizing Wright for his lack of support for fellow pundit Matt Le Tissier.
Le Tissier was let go by Sky Sports in 2020 after making claims about the origins of Covid and later claiming bosses had sacked him to save the broadcaster’s reputation.
