This is the moment a pair of drunken sisters had a total meltdown in the Newark airport terminal in New Jersey when they were told they wouldn’t be traveling to Dublin.
A fellow passenger filmed the sisters’ confrontation with Aer Lingus staff and police. During the interaction, one of the women identified herself as an attorney and warned responding officers that there would be consequences if they were arrested.
In the video, a woman can be seen shouting as she jumps up and down: ‘Can someone help us? Please, someone can help me. Please!’
The TikToker who posted the video said the sisters were acting “creepy” around 8 p.m. when they were told they wouldn’t be flying. According to the data, the flight suffered major delays.
The video, which was filmed earlier this month, begins with a blonde woman crying as she is comforted by her brunette sister, who promises they are still going to Ireland. ‘I’m not going to abandon you. We’re going to Dublin!’

When the brunette sister protests at the gate and demands to be allowed on the flight, her sister appears and seems willing to accept that their vacation has been put on hold.
The video then cuts to a police officer struggling with the brunette woman, wearing a purple sweater and black leggings, as she continues to scream.
Her sister is also held by an officer, but does not resist. There is no audio at this time, but the blonde sister speaks directly into the camera as her sister is wrestled to the ground in the background.
The person who posted the video was FaceTiming with a friend at the time of the incident, and both couldn’t contain their laughter.
A spokesperson for the Port Authorities of New York and New Jersey called the women “intoxicated.”
“Officers made attempts to de-escalate the situation, but the women ignored their instructions,” authorities said the Daily Point.
The blonde sister was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, while the other was issued a criminal summons for disorderly conduct.
It is not clear whether they managed to make the journey to Ireland.
