Meghan Markle debuts noticeably slimmer frame at Prince Harry’s Invictus Games
Meghan Markle stole the spotlight this week when she attended the Invictus Games in Germany with her husband Prince Harry.
But it was more than just the Duchess of Sussex’s designer wardrobe that captured global attention, as fans noticed she looked noticeably slimmer than at last year’s event.
The former actress, 42, made her first appearance at the games on Wednesday, showing off her noticeably slimmer legs in a pair of Staud shorts, paired with a J.Crew vest that hugged her petite frame.
She later donned a black sleeveless top and black skinny jeans that accentuated her slim arms and legs.
Meghan’s performance on Wednesday in Dusseldorf is clearly different from how she viewed the previous Invictus Games that took place in The Hague in April 2022.

Although the mother of two has not publicly discussed the reason for her recent weight loss, she has previously spoken about how she stays fit by practicing yoga.
“Yoga is my thing,” she says told Best health magazine in 2016, adding: ‘My mother is a yoga instructor and I started doing mommy-and-me yoga with her when I was seven.
‘I was very resistant as a child, but she said, ‘Flower, you will find your practice – just give it time.’ In college I started doing it more regularly.”
Meghan also shared a glimpse of her yoga routine in the Netflix documentary series about her life after the royal family’s divorce and the couple’s new digs in California.
The clip showed Meghan sitting cross-legged on a yoga mat, wearing dark leggings and a black T-shirt, as she went through one of her routines.
She told me too Best health magazine that running was a regular part of her exercise routine, but she has had to cut back recently.
“As I’ve gotten older, running has become hard on my knees, so I can’t run outside like I used to,” the former Suits star explained.

Although Meghan no longer runs, the Duchess still enjoys long walks in the California hills near the $14 million Montecito mansion she shares with Harry.
Meghan also likes to eat healthy and varied food and has been a fan of cooking at home for a long time.

“Honestly, in my opinion, there is nothing as delicious or as impressive as a perfectly roasted chicken,” she said.
‘It’s a game changer. I take that with me to dinner parties and make a lot of friends with it.’
Megan then told the BBC in 2016 that she was even preparing a roast chicken when Prince Harry got down on one knee to propose.
She also showed off her culinary skills in 2023 by contributing a lemon olive oil cake recipe to a charity cookbook.
The book, titled The World Central Kitchen Cookbook: Feeding Humanity, Feeding Hope, was part of a collection of recipes chosen by Spanish-born chef José Andrés.
