Brian Austin Green has revealed the profound challenges Shannen Doherty faces in her battle with terminal cancer.
Green, 50, who was revealed on Monday as the singer behind Crash Test Dummy on The Masked Singer Australia, is in regular contact with his 90210 co-star.
Doherty, 52, shared the devastating news in June that her stage 4 cancer had spread to her brain.
Her battle began in 2015 when she was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
She was in remission until 2020.

“She’s an incredibly strong person,” Brian said the Herald Sun on Tuesday.
‘If there is anyone who can fight a real battle against cancer, she is one.
“It’s obviously not an easy situation, but I love her to death,” he continued.
Green also elaborated on his own health issues following his revelation on The Masked Singer Australia.

His problems started with ulcerative colitis, after which he developed dizziness and neurological problems that affected his speech patterns.
‘I couldn’t talk, I couldn’t walk, I couldn’t read. I haven’t worked for four years,” he told the publication.
However, the Hollywood star claimed that he got better after working with natural medicine doctors.

After he took off his mask on Monday’s episode of The Masked Singer, 50-year-old judges Melanie Brown, Abbie Chatfield, Dave Hughes and Chrissie Swan were stunned, with none of them able to guess his identity.
The judges’ final guesses included singers Nick Carter and Niall Horan, track and field athlete John Steffensen and Donnie Wahlberg of New Kids On The Block fame.
Crash Test Dummy took on Cowgirl, Space Fairy, Bad Avocado and The Grim Reaper during the episode.
After taking off his mask on Monday’s episode of The Masked Singer, the 50-year-old actor left judges Melanie Brown, Abbie Chatfield, Dave Hughes and Chrissie Swan stunned, with none of them able to guess his identity.
He finished alongside Bad Avocado in the bottom two before the announcement was revealed that shocked the nation.
“How did we not guess that,” Mel B said at the unveiling.
